I don’t get approached often. And when I do, it isn’t the guy that I’d call my type. My previous boyfriend was a nice guy but something didn’t click right with us in an intimate setting. We met online though.

Most of the men that have made the first move and were my type were from online. But I don’t count that. I’m referring to a mall or coffee shop/bar setting.

Im told I’m not very approachable. I can come across as aloof and shy. But others have told me that I seem nice too though. People say I probably don’t get approached because guys may think I’m already taken or not interested.

Is the intimidation factor an actual predicament? Or do people just say that?

I met a sweet guy. He is smart, witty and fun to be around. He claims to like me but I dont feel it. Everytime I am coming to his house he is not as enthusiastic to see me and we never spent a whole day together. He just came to Switzerland for studies and he seems to be very focused. I dont feel loved. I asked him about his previous relationship. He had a 4 year relationship. It ended because it got worse and worse and he said he wasn't he really good boyfriend to her, always around other girls (something in this direction, he didn't say he cheated). She went off with another men and he was heart-broken. But he also said that she is very bossy and always wanted to be better than everyone else, his friends didn't like her at all. So, will he be a bad boyfriend to me too? His career is obviously very important for him. I am worried. I said to him I dont think it is working between us. Then he said :

I think this is a thing that we should clear, and maybe its better if we talk about you in person. But please, you have to understand me. I am happy to be with you, I like you really a lot and I love to be with you and spend my time with you. And its also true that I am very, very busy. But thats not the point. I have many interests, I like to do a lot of things, and I really want my lifte to be as full as possible. Thats why I can't promise you that I can give you the attention and time that you might want, but that also means that when I spend time with you its because I really want to and I am sharing with you the most precious thing I own. Besides that, I dont that we are not seeing each other enough... Personally I beliebe that its not healthy in a relationship to spend every day together...

I mean, it sounds really logical, but I dont feel loved when I dont get the attention I deserve... I am also busy with school but I am not as outgoing as he is... Maybe we just dont fit... What do you think about it?

First off me and my boyfriend were together for 1 and a half years
We have introduced each other to friends
he's the first guy I've introduced to my family
And im the first girl he's introduced to his family
Even tho we both had previous relationships
And then due to a massive argument, we broke up at the end of January
But we still tried to remain friends after the break up
We still kept in touch every week and seeing each other at least once a week
So we were friends for 4 months until we confessed that we were both still in love with each other and want to make it work
So we both decided to get back together 3 weeks ago
Anyways, so obviously I told my friends that we got back together
And invited him to places with me and my friends recently
He knows them anyway
And he introduced me as his girlfriend to his new house mates

But the question is... do you think he has told his friends and coworkers that we got back together?
Because he hasn't mentioned anything about his friends knowing about us back together
