I started a casual thing with a girl at work - I'm 31 and she's 29. This has been going on for about six months now, nothing serious at first and we've both enjoyed it. But over last two months it's become more than just casual, she's invited me to meet her parents and I've taken her to meet my friends, stuff like that. Guess we are kinda official.
Now the problem is she's been promoted and she's my boss. Not my day to day report but she is my supervisor. I'm very happy for her - there is no jealousy I'm in line for a different job - and I want her to do great! But should I stop this relationship? She's told me she doesn't want our outside life to interfere with work but she doesn't want it to stop either. Honestly I don't want to stop seeing her either - she's beautiful, smart, funny, my family and friends all love her, she's the best sex I've ever had in my life! But I'm completely torn with her as my boss. I felt like at our team meeting yesterday that everyone knew she was giving me easy assignments because we were sleeping together and I don't want to damage my career here - I am in line for a really good promotion.
What should do I do? The girl or the job? Comments are welcomed!

My 24 year old sister just moved in with me after graduating from college. She has borderline personality disorder and can get extremely emotional. Back when she was little and a teenager she would violently act up when she got emotional our dad would just beat and restrain her because he thought mental illnesses were a complete load. She did make it through college after 12+ stays at a state mental hospital and she finally found a treatment course that helps her cope with anger issues. But now she still gets scared and anxious very easily so she hugs me all the time and these hugs last a few minutes and she squeezes as hard as she can. Normally this would only be a minor inconvenience but she's also an F cup (but apart from that is skin and bones) so several times a day I have to deal with her boobs squished up all over me for several minutes straight and it makes me feel really uncomfortable. I've thought about telling her I'm just not a huger but when my other (normal sized) sister comes over I don't have a problem with hugging her so she'll probably flip out with jealousy if she saw me hugging her. Any advice?
