(relatively) quick/easy/at home exercises that are efficient?

So I am quite overweight/obese.
I do have current knee/feet problems so something like running, jumping, and even walking isn't the best option. I ask for at home because money is a bit tight currently.
But, my physical insecurities are getting a bit over the top now and seeping into other insecurities and jealousy etc. So weight takes a while to lose, but knowing you're doing something still gives you some confidence.

So if people can offer some decent exercises and perhaps how many etc?
