Why my dogs eyes roll down when sleeping?

It is mostly half open and his back legs shake when he sleeps. I thought he felt cold but even under the blanket, I see that they shake like seizures. When I wake him up he acts normal. Is it a normal behavior among dogs?

You've probably done it yourself. The body releases chemicals to keep us from acting out our dreams. This is the body twitching against them. Perfectly normal.

He’s dreaming. My dogs looked like he’s having a seizure before when he’s just dreaming and twitching and letting out little sleepy woofs
