I drool when I sleep.

I'm really embarrassed about sleeping in my bf's bed because I drool quite a bit!

I just think that's so nasty and I don't think I could fall asleep because I'm afraid I'll drool up his entire pillow. I've tried closing my mouth before I got to sleep but during the night my lips will part (also I'm more of a mouth breather because I have allergies and my nose gets stuffy during the night).

Does anyone know of ways that I can stop drooling? Guys, how would you feel if your girlfriend drooled on your pillow>

It's not as abnormal as you think. I drool when I sleep sometimes, too, or even when I'm not sleeping. I have braces so my mouth naturally produces a lot of saliva. I sleep with my mouth open too for the most part. I don't really think there's anything you can do except accept the fact that you drool. I think it might also help if you sleep on your back. I sleep on my side and I tend to drool sometimes then. I drooled on my ex's shirt one time and he didn't seem to mind.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. If he is into you this shouldn't bother him. My hubby drools and the only time it bothers me is when he drools on my pillow and I roll over and put my face in it.

take digestive enzymes, don't drink as much water when you got o sleep, use two pillows so you can hide the other one when you wake up (I have 2 pillows)

I sometimes drool as well, I wake up and there's a little spot on the pillow by my mouth... ugh. It's probably because I have to wear a retainer at night. Plus my nose has been stuffy.

Anyways, I think it would probably bother her more than it would bother me. As long as she's not making puddles over there (or worse, over here lol) I wouldn't care too much.

i drool in my sleep too. One time I was sleeping on my girlfriend and I drooled all over her boobs, hahahahahahaha, she didn't find it as funny as I did.
