Does anyone else have a dog that sleeps like this?

Fluff, many dogs sleep like this, they do it when they turnover too, very sweet , what's his/her name. Is it a border collie, they are Scottish dogs

I had never heard of this breed but it seems to be a very similar breed to a Border collie. They are both herding dogs. How come, sometimes when I write a reply I get a menu to put a pic and sometimes there is no menu like now? I wanted to insert a pic of an Australian Shepherd and a Border Collie to show how similar they are. However, these days genetic engineering has just turned everything upside down and even a vet who may be specializing in Aussies cannot tell you with certainty what breed a dog may be till they give it a gene test.
So will you be taking her along to school too? I think you should, since she will just pine her heart for you if you don't. It would take her nearly a week to 10 days to settle down each time you would leave her.

My Bernese Mountain Dog likes to sleep that way in the snowbank on those milder days. The pugman does on occasion, but sleeps mostly on his side.

I've had two Aussies in the past no mini Aussie though. They're smart pups. My one female knew about 15 -20 hand signals.

Yup, on a regular basis lol. He always sleeps spread eagle. And his front paws usually twitch. When he dream barks his whole body moves

No my dog usually sleeps on his side (how ever he does get on his back sometimes when playing.
