What do you do for your physical fitness?
Gym/ Home workout with dumbbell or weight training just to keep in shape
Gym/ Home workout with dumbbell or weight training to build muscles and gain strength
Just body weight training to keep in shape
Just body weight training to build muscles and strength
Yoga and some meditation
Running/ Jogging/ Walking only
I simply do nothing apart from mindful eating
