Riding a bicycle. It rejuvenated my metabolism.
Biking is my go to cardio too. Much easier on the joints than running too

I also ride my mountain bike for cardio purposes. Have an old rail system they turned into a trail proximal to my place so I can go for miles/km in either direction when I get on it. Old wooden trestle bridges a hundred feet up that crosses creeks and rivers, a nice ride.
