I head to the gym every night before work
6:00-6:30am / Yoga/run for 30-45min / 4-5 days/wk (flexibility/stamina)
7:00 breaky (healthy/protein heavy with eggs and oatmeal and 1cup blueberries with green machine oasis smoothie juice)
12:00 lunch (healthy pb&j on whole grain toast apple and water)
5:15 water and nuts before gym
5:30-7:00pm / gym for 1hr workout and 20-30min stretching / same 4-5 days/week (strength/core/flexibility)
7:30 healthy homemade frozen fruit, banana, milk and peanut butter (minimal) and honey (minimal) smoothie
8:00 supper (2cups frozen veggies defrosted in microwave, green machine kale kiwi and banana juice by oasis, 1cup rice and 1 chicken breast.
8:30pm-9pm Evening sex session for 20min - 2hrs (about 45min is oral 30-45min is fucking rest is intimate/teasing) (stamina/core work conditioning/strength depending on the position) 3-4 days/week
10-11pm sleep
*This is very achievable with a 9hr-10hr workday and no kids most of the time if one want to chose.
**Weekends usually can do something fun in afternoon like rock climb curling or pickup sports game or club game. 2-3 rest days on Monday and Thursday factoring in 1 mistake day that may occur without intending to some weeks is fine. for sustainability.
Winter time: Walking 3-5 KM per day and 10-20 km on weekends. I sometimes put on my hiking boots and ski gators and go for a run in the snowy bush. Head for the bedrock ridges on my property. I have my own gym with 7 pieces of equipment overtop of my garage/shop.
During the summer: I'll kayak for 3 to 4 hours in an evening out on Georgian Bay. If the winds are up, I'll take my windsurfer out and pound some waves. I have a short light board that sinks, so you have to start from shore, but you can really motor across the waves. If it is calm, take my paddleboard out. I also have the current from the river dumping out into the bay right beside my dock, and sometimes I'll put my goggles on, and head out into the current for some resistance swimming.
I DONT KNOW GIRL BUT LETS SWITCH BODIES OKAYYY, help a sis out! 👐😂 jk
Your fitness is at a max, that’s for sure.
I have literally been waiting for the warmer months because I don’t like to use treadmills. As soon as the ice goes, I’ll walk and run.
Your first sentence lol
😅😅😂
Only thing I can do is go on walks. But it's better than nothing.

I start by admitting that I'm already in a shape and allow myself to change into other shapes as I feel. No need to force myself to stay in one particular shape.
I keep in shape by bicycling to the gym, doing some isometrics with my camera while you are showering, running out, and bicycling some more. That high intensity interval training keeps me in great condition. ;)
By working out 5 times per week with proper diet. I don’t drink ice, avoid alcohol/sugary beveragea or eat fast food.
My job requires a lot of walking. I don't really do any other form of "Exercise". I am too tired from walking to do anything after that.
Generally hit the gym 3 times a week and eat in moderation.
I run about 5 days a week. Does sex count as exercise also?
I belong to a gym. I try to get there 4 times a week. I usually have two tough back to back workouts on the weekend
I ride bike and go to the gym. I’m not as in good of shape as you are though…
I don't... depending on what and how much I eat, my shape changes.
I hit the gym 3-4 times a week. And 🚴♀️ once a week.
The best thing is joine the gym and get proper instructor.
I work out 7 days a week about 6:00 a. m. for about 45-50 minutes.
I like to hike, and ride an exercise bike in the winter.
I don't really try too much.
I don't eat three hours before sleeping. I try to only eat one meal a day and not snack much between meals.

Damn! Very sexy body! 😉😋
Cute body and running
weight lifting
bench press butterfly press over the head presses bicep curls all those damn dumbbell exercises you seen one time or another and i used to walk between 1/3 mile to 1 or 2 miles with a 60lb weighted vest and two 25lb weight plates in 83 degree heat and 50 degree cool temperatures. it fucking sucked and i used to do declining push-ups with the same damn 60lb weighted fucking vest. after a while my body would get sore and tired mostly from the damn benchpresses and overhead presses. i gotten so many injuries over the years from weight training i can't even keep up anymore. i would heavily train 3 days in a row then stop for a few days until my body recovered then train another 3 days in a row. that was when i was bulking up and i would have to constantly eat even when i wasn't damn hungry it fucking sucked.
when i wanted to get my 6 pack christ it was worse with the mental fucking stress. i would have to eliminate all fucking carbs for months at a time only to get the results i want for a few days then it would be gone and the amount of mental anguish it put me through wasn't worth it. i had to get my body weight down to 145lbs to see the damn abs maybe 145.5 max anymore then that and it would screw me up. also i couldn't go below 145 either so i was in a damned if i do damned if i don't situation. keeping and maintaining the 6 pack was hell on earth and once i put the body fat on i freaked out because i had lost my 6 pack. currently i'm 185 two days ago i was at 187. the problem is when i bulk up i lose my abs but my gut also gets bigger but so does my chest arms body and gets stronger a lot stronger but if i bulk up to much my gut sticks out to much me hitting almost maximum peak with my weight limit
and i'm also 5'8. unless you're in the fucking military or a powerlifter or a strongman don't try the shit i do. when i was in my late 20's i injured my back from overhead pressing 200+ maybe 210-220lbs after doing 200-220lb squats i was 190lbs at the time. a couple of times i biceped curled so much a few of my veins started to bleed that's when i knew i needed to stop. christ i wrecked my neck my back my biceps my shoulders most recently my clavical partially dislocated from half repping 225-275 (half assed the 275 really fucked up partial reps) and rack deadlock 345lbs basically just lifting 345 off the rack and up in the air holding it without doing any reps
the half reps at 225-275 are from the upper support bars half way down to my chest then back up again. for some weird fucked up reason certain parts of my body can lift a tremendous amount of weight only half way then once i go beyond that half way point even beyond the three quarter point and do a full range of motion the weight would become to heavy and would collapse over my body because those other parts of my body can't support the weight i guess the smaller muscle groups can't support the weight from not being trained enough. full rep is about 165lbs. years ago in my 20's i used to do the pull-ups with a 25lb weight plate or sometimes a 45lb weight plate but i was also 150-155-158 at the time but when i tried it in front of some military personnel at a demonstration they started yelling and whining i because of the position of my hands were behind the bar instead of in front of it
great body
I fuck every day
Walk
