How do I get into shape and maintain it?

I’ve done soooo much weight loss and weight gain that my skin is loose all over my arms stomach legs back everywhere.
I got a spin bike and some weights even.
I’m so pooped from my day and busy after work with kiddo that I take any moment of rest or quiet that I can get.
My work schedule is not routine and I thrive on routine but enjoy my over all job.
I don’t like MLM, public gyms, I’m introverted and don’t have friends to go for walks or runs.

I simply can’t be the only one in this rut.
How do I get into shape and maintain it?
