Are pets ice-breakers?

Just met this adorable pup in the neighborhood m, he was huge, reminded me of my pup.

My pup is big and everybody’s afraid of him, all he wants is to be hugged and petted though.

So, I petted him and sweet talked to him and then his owner asked for my Instagram

“Teddy likes you, in case you want to see him again, we could add each other.”

And I said “I like Teddy too” and gave him my ID.

Now thinking of it, all men should have pups. Would be much easier to get girls’ numbers or IG.

That was always a deal breaker for my boyfriend.
We would be at a restaurant, a store, a small mall, etc., and as we got outside, there was usually a woman right outside with her dog and even though I was standing there with him, it never stopped him from talking to the dog's owner.
I'm sure he must have done that a lot when I wasn't with him and he would get her phone number then.
It was all a scam to get the women.

And to the women with dogs, if you stand outside of stores, restaurants, strip mall stores, etc. with your 🐕 dog on a leash, guys will start talking to you. At least mine did.
So, bring paper and pen so you can write your number down.

My boyfriend had a wandering ❤️ heart. He was a bad boy but a good guy. So, go figure.

I must say though when we would go out and the guys would get too close to me or start a conversation with me (and I don't need a dog to help me get a man) - he sure would get possive and start guarding me. Oh no, he didn't like it at all. Guys would hit on me a lot right in front of him.

Sometimes he would just start kissing me right there in the store. Like he was marking his territory LIKE A DOG!

My dogs have always made things easier for me in the dating world. My resting bitch face throws them off, but when they see how nice and affectionate I am with my dogs, they realize that I'm not nearly as scary or weird as they may think from their first impression of me

I can't change it, not without having insane surgeries were metal rods are put in my legs, and it wouldn't be worth it at all.

You know, one guy actually did have such a surgery. He had steel rods inserted into his legs to lengthen his legs so he could go from 5'4", to 6'0". It's absolutely insane

He's got steel rods rubbing on his bones whenever he takes a step, and if he steps up the stairs wrong, those rods will crush his leg bones and they'll have to amputate it.

It's absolutely insane. The guy is buff as can be, too. He should've just accepted his height and moved forward😞

I love all animals but am more of a dog person.

Some people shouldn't have pets. All of my dogs have been rescues from people who couldn't provide a good home for one reason or another.

So yes, if a woman has a pet and mistreats it, it's a deal breaker for me.

Yes indeed. I had a dog that liked cute Asian girls and cute Asian girls loved him. He was very successful. I don't know how he developed his partiality for Asian girls.
