Tim Walz is asking Americans to stand with Minnesota. He is warning the federal government that he will deploy the Minnesota National Guard and they will be armed. His thinly veiled threat is aimed directly at ICE agents enforcing federal laws which is their lawful duty.

He is a real buffoon to think that this rhetoric will not result in more violence and deaths while he sits in a warm office behind private security.

Americans should stand with ICE as they make America safer and more prosperous.

A white American citizen woman was killed violently for no reason in this assault.

I watched the footage on YouTube Short and compared it myself to Kristi Noem and Donald J Trump’s account of the incident, even Department of Homeland Security’s official tweet.

I can say with certainty that Renee Nicole Good was a mother, an American citizen, and a white woman who was being approached by people in dark masks, walking towards her car in an unmarked vehicle approaching her car.

She back the car up slowly and with enough space between her and the ICE Agents along with her tires pointed away from them, not to cause harm to any of the masked individuals. She began to drive away when she was suddenly and brutally shot to death.

Kristi Noem, DOH, and Donald J Trump argued self defense and said the ICE agent had the right to do that however I firmly believe beyond a reasonable doubt that the facts don’t align in their favor. This isn’t about Right V. Left or anything, it is about an innocent woman being politicized. To control the narrative so ICE isn’t negatively impacted.

I don’t see enough coverage talking about her, her background, and her being a victim of a brutal assault.

There are three children who will be without a mother now.
We should be against this kind of brutality, there are ways to deal with illegal immigration that doesn’t involve brutalizing, harassing, belittling, traumatizing, killing, and dehumanizing our fellow citizens or immigrants just wanting a better life.

I want to say one more thing, if you look at her glove compartment there are only plush toys… She didn’t deserve this. She was innocent, she is innocent.

I just saw a news broadcast of the things happening in Minnesota. Live in the streets.
This lady tried to run over ICE agents with her car and then tried to get away.
But she didn't get away because they shot several shots into her vehicle and killed her.
I do stand with Ice!
But when I was watching the news and saw all of the mayhem all I could think about was see what trouble all these illegal aliens have brought to America? They are nothing but trouble and just want everything free and they love to fight and cause trouble.

Well, she drove dangerously without regard to the wellbeing of the ICE agent and imperiled his safety. The footage does not show she 'tried' to run over him at all. At all. Whether that is sufficient grounds to shoot at her is an individual judgment. There is no chance the agents involved will be disciplined.

YES, a state Governor can grant the National Guard arrest powers since the Posse Comitatus Act only forbids FEDERAL use of the military, not state.

HOWEVER, the Supreme Court has already ruled in McCulloch v. Maryland that, when Federal and State interests collide, Federal interests win out. That means that NO state entity (including National Guard activated on a State Mission, which would be the case if Retard Walz activates them in this manner) can interfere with federal officials (a. k. a. ICE) doing their Constitutional Duties.

ICE stands for Immigration and Customs Enforcement. It is literally their duty to regulate immigrants and make sure they abide by OUR customs and laws. Retard would clearly be in violation of McCulloch v. Maryland if he used the National Guard to do so. So would any Guard member that carries out Retard's mission.

Honestly I was all for the deportation of illegal immigrants, however my stance is a little more complex.




Personally I think the government should screen every person, see what they are doing while living in this country.




If they immigrated illegally but are going to school or are working and paying taxes and aren’t committing crimes? I think they should be recognized as good people and be given citizenship.


That being said some of the deportations that have been happening are a bit extreme. Some of these ICE agents are just snatching people up without asking for any sort of identification, imagine if they end up snatching up an actual American citizen? That’s a lawsuit.




The most notable example of poor conduct from ICE is the shooting and killing of that woman. I saw the video, she was driving away she wasn’t trying to drive her vehicle into the officers, yet one of them felt that was grounds for shooting and killing her.

If you turn up on a flimsy wooden fishing boat in Australia you get locked up, offshore where you have little access to courts, like you were criminal. you are not watching the actual video It was on the internety for about an hour and now it is gone. You would have seen the car go into reverse as the ICE agent told her to exit the vehicle. When she shifted into drive another ICE agant was in front of her and to the left. The driver could have steered either to the right or to the left which would have hit the ICE agent. 50/50 are not good odds ehen your life is at stake.
As soon as she shifted into reverse she was fair game.
It is a tragedy because she sounded like she was pretty delusional but actions have consequences.
