Right to privacy, can’t search property without a warrant, don’t have to house soldiers/veterans in your home without consent being given.

Like this goes against everything America stands for, ‘home of the free, home of the brave’.

I would like to say the Gestapo would go into people’s homes and property to find Holocaust survivors hanging out in annexes, basements, and other areas to send to the Gas Chamber.

Now, people will disagree on the ‘Nazi Sh*t’ argument. I’m NOT DIRECTLY saying THIS Administration is doing it, what I AM SAYING is FUTURE administrations can follow same procedure. Imagine a Democrat trying to find Conservatives then deporting them to Concentration Camps with this new guideline.
It used to be that you could limit human rights under wartime with a ‘State of Emergency’ Declaration and now all you need is Yes-Men in DOJ to go after ‘enemies’.

Trump Administration literally deported a 2 year old girl, which I learned about today and fellas this is concerning about future Administrations because after the FIRST Trump Term when Trump separated babies from the arms of mothers, the Fed Govt worked to return every last one so they did from the end of Trump’s Term to the end of Biden’s Term. Again they returned all the babies, now they are actively sending ICE to remove people and admitting they did one by accident though refuse to send him back. SCOTUS Majority Opinion states he had a right to ‘Due Process’

This is unprecedented and a major breach against the US Constitution. It is a clear red flag. The people who talked about “Biden doesn’t follow the Constitution”(with no evidence by the way) are the same ones defending this clear violation even suggesting we should do away with Due Process for citizens and noncitizens.
I would like to say 2nd Amendment and 1st Amendments are part of the same document that these people want to selectively pull & do away with so if you give an inch they take a mile. Living under an Autocratic Regime shouldn’t be the way of life, though some are happy living in a Communist State of affairs just not who you expected.

Yeah I don't see a problem anymore than I'd have a problem with the FBI, ATF, IRS Secret Service, homeland security, US Marshals, treasury department or any other Federal Agency.

I don't like it because it is a violation of our worthless constitution. However, I am also aware that we live in a dictatorship of the elite. Therefore, I accept it rather than fight it, be noticed, and punished.

Your document that you won't even provide a direct link to claims that Alien Enemies are defined as:

(1) fourteen years of age or older; (2) not a citizen or lawful permanent resident of the United States; (3) a citizen of Venezuela; and (4) a member of the hostile enemy Tren de Aragua as determined by reference to Form AEA-21A titled "Alien Enemies Act: Alien Enemy Validation Guide" which was attached to the memorandum.

It then goes on to claim that all aliens who are determined to be Alien Enemies under the Proclamation shall be issued a Notice and Warrant of Apprehension and Remove under AEA and removed from the United States.

So not only is there very specific criteria for targeted individuals discussed in the memorandum, it plainly claims on the first page specifically that warrants will be issued. It's almost like you never read it.
