Unless the person grabbed your head and shouted directly into your ear, you'd be hard-pressed to prove assault or any criminal charge. You may have a better time with a civil case, though it would cost you to pay a lawyer to file the case.
You'd have to prove you suffered actual harm. I think that's going to be a high bar for you to get over unless he stood next to you with a megaphone.
