I go to the gym. Wbu?
currently my "staying fit" is working on an addition to my house. have to build a 20x30x15 frame on the side of my house then stone and mortar the walls, add windows, door, chimney. once I finish that I have to work on the interior which is going to be more rustic. using giants chunks of wood siding to create a cozy cabin like interior. have cobble the floor in front of the fireplace and build the hearth and mantle. then have to add flooring. we have not yet decided if we want a second floor so might end up putting in supports and braces for a second floor and then the roof.

• I mainly eat nutritious foods.
• I workout at home everyday or every other day if I can. Mainly calisthenics. Preferably after I've had a couple meals in me.
• I structure my eating in a way that promotes satiety.
• I track exactly what I eat through the cronometer app.
• I weigh myself every morning that way I know how to adjust my eating to compensate for any unwanted gain.
• I make sure I'm always open to learning new things so that I might better optimize my training & eating habits.
Run, Forrest, run :D
I love running, so for me it's a way of burning calories and keep my muscles alive. No gym for me :D
Intermittent fasting, with narrow eating window keeps calories intake in control. But no counting. No sweets and salties :D
If it's warm enough I swim. I prefer a lake over overcrowded pool, so temperature outside must be bearable at least.
And it's pretty that.
I workout regularly (5-6 days a week) and watch my food intake, without starving myself.
I'm down over 70 pounds, but still have another 10-20ish to go. In addition, I have a personal trainer and he's got me doing 5 days of strength training, along with a minimum of 8000-10000 steps a day. Along with a high protein diet-
I miss pizza 😭

Eat pizza and play video games? Wait does writing count?
Yeah... I am not one for exercise. I am sorta underweight anyway. The only time I get movement is needing to walk somewhere and at a gig. If I started to gain weight I would just eat less rather than go to a gym, I did used to do push ups every night about 50 because people say it's hard but push ups aren't it had zero impact still just have no muscles as always.abs are made in the kitchen. If you want to be fit you just have to eat lean and train mean.
Or hear me out, you could go full nerd and THINK about lifting, but not actually train - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1597701/
I’m 35, so it’s a little different given our age difference.
I do a combination of weight training (2 or 3 times a week) + cardio (2 out of every 8 days). I’m considering swimming to build and chisel my core. You have an amazing body and the thigh gap shows it!
I'm not fit to stay fit 🤣
Good for you to keep up in shape, i was fit back when i was 20...
So you're shirt is okay, not showing too much skin is okay but your pants is too tight don't you think so? A little tighter than that would show prints than shouldn't be visible...I am not super fit but I have maintained weight-loss, just haven’t felt too motivated to jump over the next hurdle. I just watch what I eat/stay within my maintenance calories and walk. I also go to the gym and do strength training. That has been enough to maintain. It is mostly diet tho.

sports outdoors... mostly soccer and football
other than that, I've always been active when it comes to working on some stuff, fixing stuff, building things here and there...
so this is why I've never been to a gym... I really have not had the need to do so I used to dance and exercise occasionally, walk a lot and sometimes run.
Now I am running around with my crutches, jumping on little obstacles, with my housekeeper running after me scared and asking me to be a little slower so she can put up with my pace. 😛
Treadmill almost everyday and some light weight lifting. I try to lift every other or every three days. You’re body is nice!
I do 10k steps everyday atm. Tho I plan to swap to a distance instead as it's a nightmare with my stride length.
I'm planning to start doing rock climbing at least once every week or two.
I do some work out type things at home and want to start things like maybe yoga as that's apparently good for you and maybe might help with my joints.
I want to start my running again but it's not so easy I have issues with breathing at times and I always get shin splints. Plus I am kinda to stubborn and impatient to do that gradually. But I miss it honestly.I play soccer and I do a lot of running too! You look amazing
I just do a lot of walking, cycling and hiking. 🚶🏼♂️ 🥾 🚴♂️ The best part is the membership is free! 😁
Watch my diet and go to the gym. Used to eat junky, but once I cut that out, I dropped weight and felt much better. I workout about an hour and a half three times a week and the remanding of the week, an hour a day, four days a week (I don't take weekends off) I exercise every day. I have a lot of energy, so it is good for me.
I usually post sexy pics of myself and online, and then pretend that I care what they responded with as long as I get likes. Then us that as motivation stay fit so I can post more sexy pics.
More skin next time please, thank! ;)
Well, there's "fit" which just means, you have a six pack, but then there's just "staying not obese". I'm somewhere in the middle. I don't gain fat, easily, so, I'm ok with avoiding fat, but, my problem is, that, I just, have no desire to try and better my body, if that makes sense?
I do weights and row at home. Every weekend I have at least two charity races that go from 5ks to half marathons and I typically carry 34-42lbs on my back for them. My cardiologist is super happy with me.
Nice thigh gap… Definitely some focused and repetitive weight lifting, don’t need to blow out on anything very heavy. And then usually run a mile or go swimming if I can.
I'd "dance" with you everyday. It's pretty good cardio and a nice aerobic exercise, I'd work up a sweat
I try to stay lean...135 - 140 pounds, and go to Hard Yoga...(body sculpting classes) 3 or 4 days a week... Staying 'lean' is very tough, with diet, but want to maintain a concave midsection.
Nice outfit.
Walk. Flip logs. Work outside. Control diet. I haven’t been doing gyms.
Nice hot and sexy body!
Personally I do kind of 100 pushups every two days and alternate sometimes with 100 situps or so!!
