I go to the gym. Wbu?

currently my "staying fit" is working on an addition to my house. have to build a 20x30x15 frame on the side of my house then stone and mortar the walls, add windows, door, chimney. once I finish that I have to work on the interior which is going to be more rustic. using giants chunks of wood siding to create a cozy cabin like interior. have cobble the floor in front of the fireplace and build the hearth and mantle. then have to add flooring. we have not yet decided if we want a second floor so might end up putting in supports and braces for a second floor and then the roof.
• I mainly eat nutritious foods.
• I workout at home everyday or every other day if I can. Mainly calisthenics. Preferably after I've had a couple meals in me.
• I structure my eating in a way that promotes satiety.
• I track exactly what I eat through the cronometer app.
• I weigh myself every morning that way I know how to adjust my eating to compensate for any unwanted gain.
• I make sure I'm always open to learning new things so that I might better optimize my training & eating habits.
@Rei13 - Starting back is definitely the hard part. Best advice I can give for that is to go slow & steady. A slow implementation seems far more sustainable vs a complete diet & lifestyle change. Even if it's to one we were familiar with due to having done it before. I say that also for the fitness aspect. Last year, I didn't progress in a slower & smart way, so I ended up injuring myself due to believing my joints & connective tissues could handle a similar load they could before. So yeah definitely refine a structure of eating & training that works for current you. But you may already know this 🤣
Run, Forrest, run :D
I love running, so for me it's a way of burning calories and keep my muscles alive. No gym for me :D
Intermittent fasting, with narrow eating window keeps calories intake in control. But no counting. No sweets and salties :D
If it's warm enough I swim. I prefer a lake over overcrowded pool, so temperature outside must be bearable at least.
And it's pretty that.
I workout regularly (5-6 days a week) and watch my food intake, without starving myself.
I'm down over 70 pounds, but still have another 10-20ish to go. In addition, I have a personal trainer and he's got me doing 5 days of strength training, along with a minimum of 8000-10000 steps a day. Along with a high protein diet-
I miss pizza 😭

Eat pizza and play video games? Wait does writing count?
Yeah... I am not one for exercise. I am sorta underweight anyway. The only time I get movement is needing to walk somewhere and at a gig. If I started to gain weight I would just eat less rather than go to a gym, I did used to do push ups every night about 50 because people say it's hard but push ups aren't it had zero impact still just have no muscles as always.
abs are made in the kitchen. If you want to be fit you just have to eat lean and train mean.
Or hear me out, you could go full nerd and THINK about lifting, but not actually train - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1597701/
I’m 35, so it’s a little different given our age difference.
I do a combination of weight training (2 or 3 times a week) + cardio (2 out of every 8 days). I’m considering swimming to build and chisel my core. You have an amazing body and the thigh gap shows it!
You’re welcome
I'm not fit to stay fit 🤣
Good for you to keep up in shape, i was fit back when i was 20...
So you're shirt is okay, not showing too much skin is okay but your pants is too tight don't you think so? A little tighter than that would show prints than shouldn't be visible...
Well i know but you don't want all the guys to stare at you sexually and catfish you and bother you, such outfits are 50/50 unless there are bunch of girls wearing the same in the gym than there will be some sort of distraction...
Some girls wear such things on purpose but their outfits would be more tighter to attract guys sexually, such games don't pass on me 😄
Anyways, you know what's the best for you...
Why is that? 🤣
Are you immune to catfishing?
You don't look bad, you're good and guys brains you're age only function for sex, that's a fact 😌
They will catfish any girl passing by, especially when she wears something like that, it's not only about you, it's about any girl and you're just one of them, even though your gym outfits are tight but not so over than usual...
See, that's my point, now you proved me right miss victoria lizia, i know why girls wear such outfits and how men reacts haha
Having a boyfriend or even having a husband won't stop them from staring, if not doing more...
Personally if i was married, such outfits would be prohibited for my housewife to wear in public but inside my house, she can wear whatever she wants ofc...
Say hi for the gym on behalf of me miss victoria lizia 😂😂
Squatting in the gym is good, girls likes to do squats and guys would receives a beautiful view from behind with every up and down 🤣🤣
I am not super fit but I have maintained weight-loss, just haven’t felt too motivated to jump over the next hurdle. I just watch what I eat/stay within my maintenance calories and walk. I also go to the gym and do strength training. That has been enough to maintain. It is mostly diet tho.
sports outdoors... mostly soccer and football
other than that, I've always been active when it comes to working on some stuff, fixing stuff, building things here and there...
so this is why I've never been to a gym... I really have not had the need to do so
I used to dance and exercise occasionally, walk a lot and sometimes run.
Now I am running around with my crutches, jumping on little obstacles, with my housekeeper running after me scared and asking me to be a little slower so she can put up with my pace. 😛
Treadmill almost everyday and some light weight lifting. I try to lift every other or every three days. You’re body is nice!
I can’t complain but it’s nothing compared to yours. It’s perfect!
I do 10k steps everyday atm. Tho I plan to swap to a distance instead as it's a nightmare with my stride length.
I'm planning to start doing rock climbing at least once every week or two.
I do some work out type things at home and want to start things like maybe yoga as that's apparently good for you and maybe might help with my joints.
I want to start my running again but it's not so easy I have issues with breathing at times and I always get shin splints. Plus I am kinda to stubborn and impatient to do that gradually. But I miss it honestly.
I play soccer and I do a lot of running too! You look amazing
You're welcome 😊 I love Soccer
I just do a lot of walking, cycling and hiking. 🚶🏼♂️ 🥾 🚴♂️ The best part is the membership is free! 😁
Watch my diet and go to the gym. Used to eat junky, but once I cut that out, I dropped weight and felt much better. I workout about an hour and a half three times a week and the remanding of the week, an hour a day, four days a week (I don't take weekends off) I exercise every day. I have a lot of energy, so it is good for me.

I usually post sexy pics of myself and online, and then pretend that I care what they responded with as long as I get likes. Then us that as motivation stay fit so I can post more sexy pics.
More skin next time please, thank! ;)
Well, there's "fit" which just means, you have a six pack, but then there's just "staying not obese". I'm somewhere in the middle. I don't gain fat, easily, so, I'm ok with avoiding fat, but, my problem is, that, I just, have no desire to try and better my body, if that makes sense?
I do weights and row at home. Every weekend I have at least two charity races that go from 5ks to half marathons and I typically carry 34-42lbs on my back for them. My cardiologist is super happy with me.
Nice thigh gap… Definitely some focused and repetitive weight lifting, don’t need to blow out on anything very heavy. And then usually run a mile or go swimming if I can.
I'd "dance" with you everyday. It's pretty good cardio and a nice aerobic exercise, I'd work up a sweat
Yeah, do you have any ideas, or do you need an elaborate explanation?
It's a type of nude yoga and dance combined, I'd be going in and out of some places until you and I erupted, it would be loud, smelly and hot
I try to stay lean...135 - 140 pounds, and go to Hard Yoga...(body sculpting classes) 3 or 4 days a week... Staying 'lean' is very tough, with diet, but want to maintain a concave midsection.
Nice outfit.
Walk. Flip logs. Work outside. Control diet. I haven’t been doing gyms.
Calisthenics. I do a lot of pushups, pullups, sit-ups, tricep dips, calve raises, squats and many different variations of them
Nice hot and sexy body!
Personally I do kind of 100 pushups every two days and alternate sometimes with 100 situps or so!!
Gym , Cardio , lots of swimming , did the 10k fun run on Sunday , beat my best time , diet and exercise basically.
It was walking but now we're going to have to switch to weights and sit-ups. It's snowy and icy outside so switch time.
I eat plenty of hamburgers to keep in shape- A round shape haha
I used to jump with excitement while playing video games.
Yeah it even played a big role in building of my gastrocnemius muscles.
I'll get to that someday lol. right now im just walking. eventually ill do a bit more
I lift and do climb stairs. And I hate stairs.
If you like jello legs, then yes, stairs are likable • - •
I walk a lot, pushups, loose weights and I recently bought a really nice rowing machine that in excited about. I should be getting it any day now
Well if I was with you! Just do you I would be fit as a flea! You look hot
I eat 70-80% of my daily calorie demand in high quality food.
I eat healthy and do intermittent fasting every day. I do not work out but once in a while I go for a walk or hiking.
I belong to a gym and I do a HIIT workout using a bike or elliptical trainer for 45 minutes and lift for another 45 minutes.
Walk and swim when I can. It's difficult recently but I'm getting back into it.
I do need to start lifting again though.
Mostly sit-ups and standing on one leg. That's all I have time for right now. I can stand on one leg for a minute without falling. If I can maintain that for the next 30 years I'm golden.
I used to weight lift and do CrossFit, unfortunately I'm unable to safely do so anymore with my disability. Now I get out to walk, or run when I can, and I try to play ultimate regularly.
I’ll bet you do! I like to go on walks, but lately it’s been packing and lugging around moving boxes. Nice nails, by the way.
I go to the gym and lift heavy things and run.
Ooh la la~ 😉 and same as you paired with some soccer.
WOW by the way 😍 I just wear simple shorts and a t shirt with a jumper till I'm warmed up
Gym five days a week
Cardio 3 days
As little dining out as possible.
I never went to gym. I cycle and walk and run and have light weight dumbbells 😅. And my problem is my work is usually manual.
Try not to eat too much. lol 😅
Apparently it’s enough to keep me in decent shape, though.
Hiking, biking and I run on a treadmill in the winter. Not a fan of gyms.
Starve myself.
Avoid eating after 7pm. Dump all soda. Interval workouts I instruct as well. 67. It works. Heart rate up- Hit big muscles 30 minutes max in the gym t days a week.
I skate and run, it's keeping me fit. Plus I don't eat junk foods. 😊
I get exercise at home and the park. Mostly at home this time of year.
I just do push ups, and gosh your body is so beautifully sculpted
Ohh sweetheart you are more then welcome
You are a true Goddess, sculpted to the tiniest detail to such perfection
I am mesmerized by your beauty in every way, it's intoxicatingin such a lovely way, addictive, every line of your body is just forged by the gods from stardust
I am inspired by your beauty, waves of fire laying down on shoulders of fire and on a body that is pure fire
Probably a demon... of also fire
Why?
Okay sure then, in the end it doesn't matter I can't stop the fire that makes me burn from the inside and that lays on you so strongly and intensely
Reverence to you beautiful princess
Yes I assume my words of your endless and very captivating beauty
Tennis, martial arts, walking, lifting. You look in shape with curves.
I walk to work, I work in a Warehouse, on my feet all day. In addition, I've a wicked metabolism.
Yeah you definitely look like you spend time in the gym.
I work very hard , walk over 40 miles a week at work and stretch daily. Weights
I'm quite fat but I don't really eat that much junk food. I just eat big portions.
I go to the gym 5-6 times a week. On top of that I go swimming, biking, running and I play some sports in school
Yoga and I track what I eat.
Walking and dumbbells, the heart doesn't offer much more than that these days
Dance. Or fucking until u dripping with sweat
Training regularly, going for morning jogs and late night runs
I either run or go for a swim about 6 days a week
sex on the reg
