Trending & News I don't have a similar experience but what I would do is isometrics. The reason is that you are standing still so barely any motivation is required. But once you are on the platform and doing the exercise, you will burn calories. For example the exercise below. You are holding the static lift for a certain number of seconds. Very easy to motivate yourself enough to just stand on a platform...
That's how I train..
https://www.youtube.com/embed/7EMkHkkTvDoI'd start by changing my diet so that I could have good energy for training & recovery. More protein & I'd eat for the exact goals I have & energy I need. Next, I'd do more cardio. I'd also start doing very easy variations of compound movements so that I could challenge many muscle groups at ones.
It's how I did it this year. I had a rotator cuff shoulder injury for over 6 months & got weak (but not overweight so I didn't need to prioritize cardio) so I basically had to start over with training. I had to do super easy variations of pushups & constantly get a feel of how my body felt days afterward. That would determine how I'd progress. Now that I've got a strong foundation again & it's easier to train like it was before.

Basically burn more calories than you eat, eat relatively healthy with a lot of protein, and get some weight training in..
I mean it's just basic things... eat well, exercise well, sleep well and be consistent
Good luck!
