First thing change your diet and your eating habbits and start slowly working in exercise like walking healthy snacks are good also , eat things that give you energy like banannas and set yourself realistic goals that you can reach along the way to help keep you motivated and sometimes its hard to do it alone maybe a friend or someone you know will also help keep you motivated and dont let a set back stop you set backs happen to everybody nothing happens over nite but soon you will see results and like i said its normal for a woman to see minor set backs along the way just use it as a motivaton and dont let someones stupid ass comments stop you from doing this you will never regret it
