What is the way to make this perfect yellow eggs?
"Perfect yellow eggs" are down to what the chickens are eating/being fed, but if you mean how to get perfect soft yolk hard-boiled eggs see below
How to Make Perfect Soft Boil Eggs – Step by Step Instructions
Add one inch of water to a sauce pot. Yes, you only need ONE INCH of water. Use the smallest pot you have that will house the number of eggs you’re making, so they’re in a single layer in the pot. I usually only do one or two eggs at a time, but this same technique can be used for any number of eggs. Place a lid on the pot and bring the water to a rolling boil over high heat. Once boiling, gently place the large egg (s) into the pot. Tongs or a slotted spoon makes this easier to do without burning your finger tips. After adding the egg (s) to the pot, put the lid back on top, and set a timer for six minutes. The lid holds in the steam, which surrounds the eggs with even heat, cooking them quickly and evenly.
After exactly six minutes, turn off the burner, and use the tongs to transfer the eggs to an ice bath. Allow the eggs to cool until they’re no longer too hot to handle, or let them sit in the ice bath until you’re ready to eat. Just make sure you don’t let them sit at room temperature after steaming, otherwise they will continue to cook with their residual heat, and the yolks will continue to solidify.
Carefully tap the egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then gently peel it away. You’ll need to be gentle because the inside is still liquid and the egg will be somewhat soft and wobbly. Begin peeling on the fat end, which often has an air-bubble that separates the shell from the whites, and makes an easy spot to separate the two. Give it a quick rinse after removing the shell to get rid of any shell fragments.

It starts by knowing what the hens eat that laid them. You'll never get those yolks from a caged hen. Even a Barn-raised it's unlikely.
The richer the food, the better the egg. Full Free-range with a corn supplement that's got access to feed it's opportunistic-onnivore side as well - some farms recycle unused or unsold offal that can add to how rich the eggs hens produce are.
Then for eggs how they are in the picture I'd go into cold water, bring to a rolling boil slowly then hold for about 6-8 minutes depending on the size of the egg. The bigger the egg, the longer they take to cook.
After boiling plunge into ice water for the same time you boiled them, then peel.
For extra flavour, boil for 5-6 minutes, then peel carefully, wrap in ½" sausage meat, coat with breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden - about 5 minutes - drain and serve. Scotch Eggs.
Delicious...
Surprisingly the bot is almost right. But needs correcting. First make a pin hole in the round end, this lets the air out and keeps the egg egg-shaped. Bring to the boil then remove from heat and cover. 5-6 mins gives you soft 7-8 mins a jammy yolk 10 is overcooked. I believe the technique arose in Canada.

Ah, boiling eggs, one of the fundamentals in the kitchen, right? Here's the scoop from a guy who's tried making them a hundred times in search of that perfect balance. Start with placing your eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water by about an inch. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, remove the pot from heat, cover it, and let it sit for about 9-12 minutes. The timing really depends on how you like your yolks, I personally go for 10 minutes for that perfect, slightly creamy center. 🥚 Then, plunge the eggs into ice water immediately to stop the cooking process. Peeling them after they've cooled down a bit makes the job a lot easier. Enjoy your perfect yellow-centered eggs!

Buy a boiled egg maker.
At first, the idea seemed ridiculous to me, but after using one, and having it do a perfect job again and again, with nearly zero effort, I wouldn't do it any other way. And they are cheap. I think it was $20 at Walmart.
You pierce each egg with an included tool, put in a small amount of water (about half a cup) with the included cup, put your eggs in, and press the button. About 12 minutes later, it makes a horrible buzz, and you have perfect boiled eggs every time. My niece could make her own boiled eggs starting at age 7 with one of these.Personally when I want to boil things I stick them in the kettle.
That said there are two things to consider:
#1. I've noticed electric kettles aren't necessarily a ubiquitous kitchen feature outside of Britain, so some people might not have them. They ARE super useful though.
#2. English people (i. e. Dutch twice removed) tend to have an aneurism when I mention I use my electric kettle for boiling frankfurters, pasta and other food. But it isn't like I drink tea. Electric kettles are useful for all water-boiling purposes... even if that means putting food in the kettle. Yes, I can boil eggs in the kettle too, but I'm the sort of guy who just sorta guestimates cooking... so I can't really give advice.start by adding some salt to hot water. heat until boiling before putting egg.
slide the egg along pot wall, using a wood cook spoon so it won't drop.
boil 6 minutes ON low heat/fire. don't remove from heat because it will cool. nor less time it will be liquid.
Depends on the size of the egg and how long they are boiling for. I recommend buying an electric egg cooker. It measures out the right amount of water in a small beaker so you can cook eggs the way you want everytime.
Boil water first. Place eggs in when boiling. , Time for 7 n 15:seconds. Remove from heat. Sit 4 minutes. Place in ice bath and let them sit. You now have perfectly peelable soft boiled eggs. I don't know about color!
Get your eggs to room temperature, boil a pot of water, once boiling, put the eggs in. Wait 2 minutes exactly. Take them out and rinse them with cold water, serve. They will be perfect every time.
You get the water boiling first that gently put the eggs in for 12 minutes. Then put the eggs in cold water before refrigeration them.
Hard boil them.. then when they're cold. Peel them and slice down the middle!
I would never disagree with @purplepoppy. Follow her advice.
Don’t boil the eggs that long you have to experiment to make the egg like that
Eggs are imperfect. That's the beauty. Let go. You are strangling life.
Start with cold water. To make it easy to peel put in a teaspoon of Baking Soda
Boiled eggs like that are foul
No I don’t want to go to hell.
