Bro when I was little I didn't know the difference in went to the beach with a friend and his family and his mother woke us up and asked how we wanted our eggs scrambled. I didn't know what she was talking about so I just said easy. It ruined me! The whole week I had to eat runny eggs because I was young I was afraid to speak up it was torture and I learned I'd rather my eggs nuked then to be raw. I learned real quick and I'll forget it lol
I like them soft scrambled, or medium scrambled.
Hard scrambled are still acceptable.
I don't like them nuked, or as porridge.

Eggs, regardless of dish, should always be just cooked. Better to slightly undercook than overcook.
YUCK. I hate the word "should." People can eat eggs however they want to. :)

On toast, I like a fried egg but still yoki inside.. I like scrambled easy with some cut up lunch meat and cheese and sometimes sautéed spinach in the mix

I add salt and half-and-half, scramble them and set aside for 10 minutes before cooking them to medium. They turn out great.
So do you add tge half and half with the eggs on low heat before turning to medium heat?
@On_cloud_wine I add the half and half at the same time I salt and scramble the eggs, 10 minutes before cooking..
Re heat, if I have time I cook them on medium low, which takes longer but the texture of the finished eggs is better, at least for my tastes.
