I BEEN GOING THROUGH A BIT OF A PHASE LATELY EATING A LOT OF EGGS. JUST LOOKING FOR SOME GOOD RECIPES.
I'll either: fully cook them until the yolk is hard boiled texture, scramble them, or make it into an omelette with cheeses and other fillings like ham, white onions, green bell peppers, etc. If I do hard boiled eggs I'll put them in a cup of chicken flavored instant ramen, salads, or just deviled eggs.

i only ate one per day! not more!
i scramble in a glass bowl, then microwave it around a minute, it becomes like fry but zero oil added.
for variety, i boil water, then after it boils i SLIDE an egg down the edge of pot wall using a cook spoon.
boil on timer on low flame, boil seven minutes.
inside still soft but not liquid.
I hard boil a bunch of them on Sunday an put them in my lunch. If I cook breakfast I mostly scramble them.
I eat them all kinds of ways but my favorite way is over easy. On sandwiches, over a bed of fried potatoes, over rice. 😋
