What is the best way to cook eggs?

Soft eggs. I put eggs in a pot with cold water. Not too much water, just enough eggs are covered with it. On max. heat or flame I'm waiting until water starts to make small bubbles. It's around 95 C than I start a 2 minutes timer. When the timer is done, I pour cold water over eggs to stop cooking.
Of course there is an easy way, when you buy an egg cooker for few bucks. lol

1st choice is two eggs over medium on a bed of corned beef hash, 2nd choice is a scrambled egg omelet, made with sausage, bacon, mushrooms, green peppers, onion, potato, cheddar and velveeta cheese. served with sourdough toast.

I always set out to make an omlete but end up with scrambled eggs mixed with cheese, ham, and onions.

I scramble them I ass some milk and salt to them. I heat the pan first and pour to in and keep stirring. They come out nice and fluffy.
