Mostly sit-ups and standing on one leg. That's all I have time for right now. I can stand on one leg for a minute without falling. If I can maintain that for the next 30 years I'm golden.
I used to weight lift and do CrossFit, unfortunately I'm unable to safely do so anymore with my disability. Now I get out to walk, or run when I can, and I try to play ultimate regularly.

Gym , Cardio , lots of swimming , did the 10k fun run on Sunday , beat my best time , diet and exercise basically.
It was walking but now we're going to have to switch to weights and sit-ups. It's snowy and icy outside so switch time.
I eat plenty of hamburgers to keep in shape- A round shape haha

Walk and swim when I can. It's difficult recently but I'm getting back into it.
I do need to start lifting again though.
I lift and do climb stairs. And I hate stairs.

I walk a lot, pushups, loose weights and I recently bought a really nice rowing machine that in excited about. I should be getting it any day now

I eat 70-80% of my daily calorie demand in high quality food.
I eat healthy and do intermittent fasting every day. I do not work out but once in a while I go for a walk or hiking.
Calisthenics. I do a lot of pushups, pullups, sit-ups, tricep dips, calve raises, squats and many different variations of them
I belong to a gym and I do a HIIT workout using a bike or elliptical trainer for 45 minutes and lift for another 45 minutes.
