Yes he should
If a woman decides she doesn't want a baby, she can abort it without the husband's permission. And yet, if the man doesn't want the child, he will be forced to pay child support, because, they say, it takes two people to make a baby. Which is true. And men shouldn't be allowed to abandon their responsibilities. However, the same is true for the woman. She shouldn't be allowed to abandon her responsibilities of caring for the human who is alive. It takes two to make a baby, and the man should have an equal say in whether or not the child is aborted because it is his child too. He can't force a woman to get an abortion, and she shouldn't force him to have his child aborted.
For those who say that men should have no say, then I say that men shouldn't have to pay child support. If abortion is a woman's way out of her responsibility, then men should be allowed to simply leave, to get out of their responsibility.
But I believe neither should be legal. Both parents are responsible for the human they created.

I dated a guy for 2 years and then I found out he had been cheating on me throughout the entire duration of our relationship. I left him in May and then I met a guy in July. I did not expect to be in a relationship so soon after such a devestating breakup.

My current guy is really sweet, loyal and House husband material, but he’s not romantic in any way. I have spoken to him and I’ve told him that I really appreciate all the little things he does such as my ironing, the cooking, cleaning etc but I wish he could be a little bit romantic once in a while. He doesn’t agree with my idea of romance, he thinks that gifting flowers, chocolates, fancy dinners are things that what couples in failing marriages do and there is no trace of me on his socia media. I hate to be the person who keeps tally but I think I’ve been very romantic; I managed to get hold of a rare copy of a book he’s been searching for years, I surprised him with concert tickets for a band he really wants to see and I bought him a pair of £200 earphones he has been eyeing up for months. Valentine’s Day is a silly commercial holiday but I was hoping for at least something but I got nothing! nada!

He lives just over an hour away via train, I travel every week/every couple of weeks to see him but all we ever do is stay at home with his mum, watch tv and occasionally go to the pub next door with his mum. I help babysit his niece and he sometimes leaves me at his home alone so he can go kickboxing for a couple of hours. I’ve been going through depression, I’ve only opened up to him once and he gossiped about my business to his mum so I haven’t been able to trust him with any other secrets.

Despite all of that I still really like him but a part of me feels like we’ve hit dead end because he’s not romantic. Should I dump him? Am I shallow for wanting gifts and fancy dinners once I a while?
