My best guy friend and I go through an on and off motion of showing affection but then stop.

My best guy friend and I have been good friends for what seems like ages close to 3 years.

He tries to prove me wrong and make me admit that I had feelings for him..& he won't let it go..

yet, when I do the same to him, he reacts the same as I do. (I really do have feelings for him, but he isn't exactly boyfriend material for right now)

Well, he tries to tell me and lists a ton of stuff that I do to appears I like him, like he literally has written notes of what I've done. If a guy saw me as a friend why would he go on and think about all of that..? He even says examples but says stuff I never did such as "remember when you push me down and sat on me?" (<-- I never did that, so I said to him.. "oh so you're dreaming about that?" he denies it but it was like woah)

He hates admitting that he misses me and likes talking to me a lot.

He stands up for me.

We used to hug every so often but he felt as us being "just friends" it was a little much for him.

He makes jokes saying "its hot, do you want me to leave (as he winks)"

tickles me

asked me for back massages.

sits super close.

his friends tease him and try to embarrass him.

he texts me daily, and calls almost daily.

if I don't answer my phone he gets mad or he calls another 10 more times.

he says yes whenever I ask to hang out

he invites me to do stuff with him and his family

he used to pick on me alot, but when I asked to cool it down he said okay and stopped.

he throws sour patches down my shirt

shows off his talents, and asks if I think he's good.

why does he try to prove me wrong and make me admit I like him? when he tells me that back in the day when he was seeing his girlfriend I didn't care for, that he was snooping my MySpace? (he claims its because I was talking about him on it)

I thought if a guy sees you as just a friend, he'd ignore if you liked him..

instead he's always trying to make me confess.

he is currently grounded from talking to me, he comes up to me with an adorable look on his face if we haven't seen each other or talked in a few days. he keeps telling me, he's not ignoring me just his parents think we need space.
