A good friend of mine, who did well with girls, back when he was single and before in a serious relationship. He often would give his number (not always), and I'm sure all didn't text him. But many did, and told me to at times. I've had girl I know girls like guys to probably text first, but to me it puts the ball in the girl's court. A girl may not always text for different reasons, but I feel if she does, it's more likely or her interested or quite interested in the guy if she does text a guy who gave her his number.

I feel sometimes women may text a guy back who she gave her number too out of being polite or maybe semi interest but then flake out. It can still happen if she texts a guy who gives his number, but I just feel a girl has to be pretty interested to initiate. But I wanted to kind of get a consensus and see girls opinions or survey with how women felt. You can add your two cents if you like though.

I had a girl “stage” a phone call to ditch me on a first date two nights ago. We met on bumble and she was very enthusiastic at first. But within 30 seconds of seeing me in person she ran off to “use the bathroom”. And she then staged a phone call from “her dad” saying he had a “flat tire”. From her body language I knew she was lying but a part of me really hoped she wasn’t. She insisted on giving me money for her appetizer I ordered. I then noticed 20 mins later she unmatched me on bumble. My suspicion was confirmed. I then sent her a nasty text message calling her out. I just hate being lied too. I don’t know if she got it or not. She might have blocked my number by then.

I never brought up sex or anything creepy at any point either.

I too was disappointed with her appearance. She was at least 20lbs heavier than what she looked like in her pics. I too lost physical interest in her. But unlike her lying cunt ass I have the respect just give someone the time of day if they drove out somewhere to meet me. I've been in that situation before and I feel like the decent thing to do is just talk to the person. We were in a public place after all.

Girls. Unless a guy is being directly creepy or rude, don’t do this to people. Yeah it’s uncomfortable but you can leave after the date. You are in public and you are safe.
