There is nothing wrong with having a racial standard or preference when it comes to dating. You might have prejudice reasons for it, but your personal dating standard is between you and yourself. For me, I would vote B. I find pale white and dark black women most attractive (like in the picture above) by a tiny margin (I'm white BTW), but skin color is very minuscule to me when it comes to dating. I'd date women from any race, hell I'd even date a woman with port wine stains, but if I find that special someone and she so happens to be my preferred skin color, then it's just a plus, if she's not, I can live with that.
