How much does SKIN COLOR matter to you when it comes to DATING?

There is nothing wrong with having a racial standard or preference when it comes to dating. You might have prejudice reasons for it, but your personal dating standard is between you and yourself. Whether you find one race more appealing than others or one race less appealing than others, that's your preference and yours alone.

For me, I would vote B. I find pale white and dark black women most attractive (like in the picture above) by a tiny margin (I'm white BTW), but skin color is very minuscule to me when it comes to dating. I'd date women from any race, hell I'd even date a woman with port wine stains, but if I find that special someone and she so happens to be my preferred skin color, then it's just a plus, if she's not, I can live with that.

Race doesn't matter but I think culture does. I would date and American woman no matter what her race is but women from other places have cultural norms that I don't really like. I stayed in china for a few months on vacation and while people were very friendly to me they would say mean things about others. The concept of a white lie doesn't seem to exist there. If you got fatter your chinese friends will tell you straight up in a normal tone you have gotten bigger/fatter. lol I honestly loved it so it was nice for me to hear people being honest and not PC in any way. People in China often thought I was french because I wasen't fat. Being called french was offensive to me as an American lol.

Everything has an effect when it comes to personal appeal for anyone.

Eye color, hair color, skin color, even nail color can be viewed as ascetically appealing, or not.

It's all a matter of personal preference, but for those that are above vanity and prejudice in the most negative sense of the word, it's the personality that should carry the most weight.

I would say it plays a quite big role for me. I tend to be almost exclusivly attracted to white guys. Im mixed, black and white, myself
