It does at first because a stark white "glow in the dark" ghostly skin tone where green veins are very visible on the face and breasts and other spots on her butt and vag aren't much of a turn on for me. I'm sorry if I've offended anyone but after I shut the lights off or close my eyes and get to know her and if she's nice then it's not too bad but if she's a bitch... forget it. Skin color matters to me about as much as picking a color to paint my wall in my room (white), picking my favorite color in general (black), deciding what color to wear (so many options), or picking a crayon to color with. Every ethnicity has gorgeous ranges of color. There's so much variety, that I do not limit myself much. I may prefer certain shades of white, tan, black, or whatever over others just for aesthetic reasons, but I'm not going to pass up sex or dating with an incredibly hot person because they aren't my favorite shade or are the "wrong" color.
Could you imagine the fool who meets prince or princess charming and says "eww" only because of their skin color? Literally, everything else is perfect, and they loose their soulmate over that. The greatest joke of all time.
Not really. I find people attractive depending on their features but not their color/race per se. Although looking back, I seem to have gravitated more towards lighter skinned individuals

Nope. Face is super important to me. I'm quite particular and perhaps superficial about that, but most everything else is about their mind and character.
It doesn't matter to me, if a person is attractive then they are attractive, if a person is a nice person and one worth dating then their skin colour has no bearing.
However I'm white, middle class and male so automatically disqualified from dating anybody because I'm naturally evil to the core so even though I don't care about another person's skin colour the world is allowed to focus only on my gender and skin colour as a reason for why other races can claim they are of better or higher Virtue than myself and therefore don't have to even have common courtesy when speaking to me let alone date.
My girlfriend is rather fair until she sunbathes at which point she can get pretty darn tan. I enjoy the contrast in her. However, is it her skin tone whicj determind a ‘physical’ interest in her? No. Physically it was more features. Particularly her face. I mean, to me she has a rockin’ body (other seem to think so too) and I enjoy her pretty hands especially with a ring I bought her on one of her fingers and another she bought with both our birthstones upon her other hand. She’s just an adorable Lady inside and out. I know I am a very lucky guy!
For me it does. While it is not the skin color itself, usually the color comes with certain features. Some of these features are less attractive to me.
As such, dark, brown and Asian people are overall less attractive to me that light skinned people.
This doesn't mean I dislike every dark skinned girl, some (usually mixed) I feel really attracted to.
So it's not about color or race, but more about the features that come with them.

It can also matter because of the likely things you may have to deal with if you are with certain types of people from their friends/families.
Skin color does not equal race. A white person with a tan is more attractive to me because I like tans. So I don’t like stark white but I’d still date someone very pale.
However, I don’t find thick lips or booties or wide noses attractive. Also don’t find typically Asian eyes attractive. I do however find blonde hair and blue eyes very attractive.
It isn't about skin color, it's about face features. For example I prefer noses of white girls because they are smaller, but I prefer lips of black girls because they are bigger.
The race of lady doesn't bother me but find myself more attracted to darker skinned ladies. If that makes sense.

Not really, but It does affect how I treat you, I probably wouldn't start flirting or ask out a black/brown man, because they are more likely to fucking murder me.
Skin color isn't relevant for me, but certain facial features that are mostly present on girls of my race are important.

Ultimately, no, I have seen attractive women of all colors, white, Asian, black, hispanic, you name it.
The only skin tone that I don't like much is a very pale 'white' - which looks like someone being sick.
It matters a bit to me, I'm not attracted to certain white skinned people (very pale white, or pink white). I like tan skin the most. Now race itself, I don't care.
