Why would someone lead you on and give you impressions that they want something serious with you if they knew they really didn't? I had a boyfriend tell me "I'm using you until I find someone better" ... why wouldn't he just dedicate his energy to finding "someone better" instead of wasting his time with me? For example, if you want a Russian girl, why waste your time with a Romanian girl? Or why give someone the false impression that you want to marry them when in reality, you want something else? Just a mind game?

I (29 years old) have been dating a guy (35years old) that I know from tinder for almost 2 months now. We get along with each other quite well. We went out almost every weekend and sometimes we also see each other once during workdays. I feel connected to him most of the time. However, maybe it is because we know each other from tinder, I find it is very difficult to build trust with him. I know he is still active on tinder (at least someone is still talking to him). Neither of us discussed about deleting tinder but I did ask him if we still see other people, he said no. After that, i haven’t initiated the “where are we” conversation yet. Although we went out, he never posted any pic of us on social media, he posted lots of places we went to together.

Since he lives in my country due to work, last night, he asked if it is possible that I leave my country. I said I am open to any options, and asked him why he ask this question. He said he cannot see himself in my country forever. I am confused now, we don’t even have the relationship talk yet, but now he is asking me this?

What does this mean? Maybe he is not serious, or was he implying he doesn’t want anything too serious as he will go back anyway?

i am not saying I am ready to marry this guy, but I would like to have a relationship with him.
