She's in love with this this man and often helps him with selling drugs and stealing while she was pregnant. She didn't take any drugs while pregnant but she blamed her boyfriend for influencing her to act badly. She kept the baby and named him Marshall. When Marshall was four he used to be terrfled of his mother because she hit and spanked him. She even broke his arm and Marshall vomited and sobbed. He told his dad. later that day Marshall saw john and Sara arguing then John beat and strangled Sara and kick her in the face several times in front of Marshall. Marshall was scared but felt safer around his dad since he never physically assaulted him. John became a little softer and a better person ever since Sara gave birth to Marshall.

I'm 19 and I graduated high school this year. I don't have my license and I have never had a job. I've been sitting around on my phone all summer and not really doing anything. I don't want to go to college because I hate school and I barely graduated high school. I don't want to work because working sucks (everyone says that) and I hate people telling me what to do. I am my own person and I have feelings too. I'm not your personal fucking servant. I don't do chores around the house because my parents demand it and never ask nicely. I tell them off constantly. My parents call me a lazy piece of shit every day of my life and tell me I won't amount to anything. They tell me to get a job but won't help me apply to a job and I really don't want to work. I don't have many friends and have always been an outcast at school. I argue and fight with everyone and never get along with anyone. I hate my parents all they do is call me derogatory names and belittle me. I went to a mental hospital in May because I had an suicidal breakdown and they put me on Zoloft and a hormonal birth control because I have too much testosterone in my blood. I haven't took my pills in about a week because I don't fucking have too. My mom got me an appointment with a behavioral psychologist or therapist on Monday who will help me get on track. Only if I fucking let them. I don't have to listen to a word they say. I told my mom I'm not going and it's a big waste of time and money and she can't make me go. She got really pissed off and started threatening me. You can't fucking make me do anything, period. I don't know why she thinks she can. Can she make me go, I don't think she can?

Marshall is 15 years old. He takes care of his 6 year old sister Emily and 4 year old brother with Down syndrome. Marshall's mother is sick in the doesn't take care of them much. Marshall puts the knife down and looks horrified. Emily is shocked. Marshall goes upstairs, locks himself in his room and sobs because he couldn't believe he almost threw a knife at his siblings.
