I've known this girl for 2 years since starting university, a simple description would be a gleeful -- odd but outgoing -- focused person aspiring to go to medical school. Me on the other hand, A former anxiety-ridden guy who likes molecular genetics, top of the class but my social life does not exist (2 hour cummute to uni everday).

I saw just another uni friend, yet, I think through her being occasionally with my vicinity (e. g. at meeting events or elsewhere) we both got to know each other on a casual friends level. I knew she was getting comfortable around me; conversations ranged from random mundane stuff to deeper family issues on both sides. I began thinking "maybe, just maybe this person is a tad bit interested in me".

She had invited me to a Korean restaurant with 2 other uni friends we both knew (a homosexual and a guy already with a girlfriend, both similar age). Due to uni work, she cancelled -- which was understandable.

She calls out of the blue and we have plans to go to so the movie "Glass". in short, we were going alone together but I stupidly invite another friend who's 30 and the day involved me not really engaging much (it sucked). We both could tell she was uncomfortable and her excuse to not see the movie after we ate were because she could tell that I was tired and pretty much not enjoying this (which was true). life goes on.

She agrees to go to another restaurant with me (I initiated) and because I have slowly lost interest I cancel this a day before with the excuse -- I have a meeting (that I had no intentions of going to).

The next day I sit next to her in a lounge and things are normal, she had new earrings and dress and the conversation is fine albeit she seems to always try and get me talking despite me not initiating at all.

Girl seems to like me. I think as a friend. But when we are outside she gives me signals, always asks me to dance with her, she hugs me, I always somehow end up holding her bra without even trying and she seems like she doesn't notice. She asked me to tie her high heels when we were out, but they were already tied. She later said she was annoyed and angry at me, but she always came to me to talk to me. We made plans to go to one event she doesn't like, because when I mentioned it she said that she doesn't like it but that she "might go with me if I ask😜". And I asked her and we are going there. I know her one year (we haven't spoken for half of last year because of a fight), and when I first met her she said she always saw me in the pub and why I haven't ever invited her to come drink with me. And when I did invite her, she said after our meeting that she thought I invited her because I like her. And when I invited her second time her friend new about it and send my friend (omg they are going on a second date). But the problem is she replies to my text sometimes imidiately and sometimes in 4-5 hours and sends really small text. Not like good, or thanks more like, 4 word responses. I dont mind that, but I know she is at the phone because she likes my instagram picture during that period. Thats recent but also one other reason I dont think she likes me that way is because when I was with her drunk one night last year, I said my friends said they think she likes me. And she replied with "Why can't I have male friends?". We were planning to go last week out just us two alone but couldnt (I asked her, but later learnt I can't make it), so she suggested tommorow which is valentine day (she said she forgot its tommorow). She also says stuff I dont think girl would say if she had crush on me. I just want to know what other people think, because I really like her as a person and dont want to do anything stupid to ruin our friendship.

I’m with this girl for a year now, and 80% of the time far away.
I learned she’s having recent solo dates with a guy she met less than one month ago, in her own house, even though she says he’s just a friend. She says she’s free to be in a relationship and can join or leave whenever each other wants, that I can’t control her, not my prisoner, etc.
Every time I’m asking something about this subject she got crazy at the beginning, but now totally ignores me, says I’m crazy, on other hand says she only wants me, nobody else, that she can talk to whoever she wants.
As for me I got more controlling because I got to know about this new intensive friendship. And of course, insecurities started to rise because she lied to me. She has been hiding all this information about meetings this guy. She doesn’t even tell me who he is and what type of relationship has with him etc
Do I need any more hints?
