Search Results: did he want to settle down with me

I met my boyfriend 2.5 years ago, and we dated for a couple of months back then, but I called things off because he didn't want to settle down. He reached out to me and told me that he wants to be with me and is looking for a long-term relationship. Long story short, we get back together half a year ago. Things have been going pretty well, we've met each other's family and friends. However, I always feel uncertain about us. I still can't fully trust him. Plus neither of us has posted anything about each other on social media. I asked him about the reason, and he said he finds posting pictures about his relationship is too personal. I told him I feel insecure about this/us, and he tells me many times that he loves me and I shouldn't feel insecure about the relationship at all. I do love him but at the same time, my doubts about him/us are still there. Should I just take a break from the relationship?
