So for context, I've known her for 6 months. We're both single. I did always sort of have a tiny crush on her, but I'm asexual, so it's really hard to tell.

But she's my best friend, and we do everything together. We play video games, we go swimming, we go shopping for new clothes, we go on walks, we cook together, etc.

We're both touchy feely, and we hug a lot. She also pecks me on the cheek, as we're both Brazilians, and it's just normal.

However. We were playing video games on her couch the other day. She beat me, and I was like good game! And then we decided to take a snack break.

And then, she was like, "Hey, noticed how I basically stopped wearing pants, and now only wear shorts?"

And I was like, "I didn't pay attention until now, but yes, I did notice."

She was like, "I've been working out a lot more, and my legs have been getting really toned. And not only that, but I began moisturizing a lot. So they're baby angel soft."

And I just sort of began to blush, and don't remember if I responded.

She then asked me, "Wanna feel?"

I was like, "Um... I wanna say yes, but are you SURE you're fine with this? I mean, legs are a pretty intimate body type."

She laughed, and was like, "Get out of here, you big silly! Legs are sexual, when? Legs are for walking, they're NOT sexual. So yes, please go right on ahead!"

So I did... and I was like, "Wow, they really are that soft!", and she blushed deep red, and hugged me, saying, "Thank you so much!"

Later on, I was like, "So do you usually have your friends feel your legs, or I'm the only one?"

She was like, "I let all my closest friends feel my legs. It's a sign of affection. Makes me feel like a barrier is broken. And today, we've broken that barrier. Now bring it in will ya." She then hugged me again, tightly.

So yeah uh... I don't know what to make of this. If she's flirting, I will ask her out on a date, I do like her a lot, but... I don't know.

Also, she's 23, I'm 19, if it matters.

There was this really cute girl I would see at work from time to time. After some basic conversation, I went up to her and asked if she was seeing anyone, and she said she was. So I said he was lucky and she giggled and we both walked apart.

Now she is usually flirting pretty hard with me. To the point others have noticed. But she has a boyfriend, and last I've heard, they are still together and unhappy.

My friends said I screwed up, and I didn't actually ask her out and I should have still asked to go out or hang out.

Did I mess it up? What do I do now?

We knew each other 2 years ago, and we've been each other's bestie for almost 18 months. For uni, each one travelled to a different country a year ago. She's literally the closest person to me, and so am I to her. I had feelings for her a few months ago. She once gave me remporary hope when she told me she had feelings for me because I was the first guy she knows but those feelings are already dead now. She kept mentioning relationship stuff, and she strangely felt that I like her. One day I flirted with her as I usually do in a humorous way, not becauseI like her. She literally told me "I don't accept flirting anymore because I feel something with your feelings, and I don't wanna give you hope while I'm not ready. If it was someone else or someone I'm interested in, I would have accepted it." I got triggered a bit, and I understood that she doesn't wanna give me hope because she's never gonna like me or something, and I always relate it to my height (5'5"). Today, she told me she has feelings for a guy for a few months til now. She asked me about how to approach him and whether it's right or wrong to start a relationship and other friendy stuff. I was being nice and helped her a bit. She hasn't told me his name yet, and I don't think it's me. The reason why I didn't tell her directly that I like her is that I'm not ready yet to start a relationship because of many reasons, and the main one is that it's too early to know where I'm gonna work after uni, how my life would be, and whether it's gonna be stable since I'm studying in another country than her and than me and her live.
I know when I get stressed, I think in the wrong direction. I want people to help me figure out a solution to me problem.
I don't know whether to tell her everything and that I'm not ready for commitment&give her the feeedom to decide what she's up to, or to avoid dealing with her at all and end all this, or to just wait til I'm ready for commitment and tell her everything and that I'm ready.
