So this guy and I had met a few times before and then stopped talking for some months. Then one day he texts me and asks me to meet him but I keep delaying it. This went on for about 8-9 months, he would mostly be the one to initiate conversations, and then two months ago he was really begging me to meet him but I said I’m busy and then I left him on read for 2 months. After that when I started a convo recently he said he is seeing someone else now casually and not hooking up with other people (I have a feeling he said that to make me jealous) but even tho I was mad after hearing that I told him even I’m seeing someone but I wouldn’t mind meeting you. To which he replied “Yeah I really want to see you. You didn’t meet for so long, else wouldn’t have seen anyone else. But let’s go for a drive or something?”
and now we have plans to meet and he seems very excited but it’s really messing with my head cause I still like him and I don’t want him to see other girls.

We have gone on a few dates. I noticed a shift in his behavior so I asked what was up. I said “hey, I really like you. Do you still like me?” Flat out honest with him. He doesn’t answer my question and says “I am not really looking for a relationship right now.” When we first started dating he told me that he was looking for a relationship. He added, “you’re a really nice gal, and I really liked you but I don’t think it’s going to work out. I’m really sorry.” I was really chill about it. We dated for a few months, and I should have been more... mad. But what’s the point? Anyways, I’m just a bit confused now. Was he just not that interested in me or did he let me down softly by pulling the “I am not really looking for a relationship right now” crap.

So long story short, I was speaking to someone off Tinder for a few weeks. We never met in person, only texted & spoke on the phone. The prior week was my birthday week, we never spoke on the phone & communication was kinda hit or miss, only texted briefly throughout the weekday. While he was the one to usually initiate conversation, he took a while to respond during the week day at times (assuming because of work). There were times when I took long too (I was usually the worse offender) but I still showed interest in him. He never really showed that it bothered him until the previous Friday, where he said that we should not waste each others time any longer and was mad at my response time to his messages. I did not even respond, he ended up removing me from Snapchat too. Last week Wednesday he adds me back on Snapchat & only views all of my stories. Yet, never initiated a conversation with me. I find it odd he added me back, when he can clearly text me if he wants to speak. Yesterday, I blocked him because I did not see a point in keeping him if he’s only playing games. Was I right?
