The question is pretty self-explanatory but, essentially, do you think it's right to raise children into a certain religion just because their parents are?

Personally, I don't. I think it's okay to teach kids about other religions and they all have a premise of rules that fundamentally every human should follow (i. e. Don't be a cunt and don't kill people to put it vaguely). That being said, I think it's not right to just throw a religion onto a child because it can put strains on their life by mere expectations of the community. Especially if it comes to them wanting to abandon or change their faith in later life.

Basically, I think it's more important to give children the tools to think for themselves more so than doing the thinking for them. And religion can be a huge part of someone's life.
