You get the right amount of fat in the right places as a result you have soft skin and you feel good to hug but you're not that strong. To get a toned strong body you need to go to the gym, lift weights, run a lot. You will be strong but not delicate looking which some men prefer more.

I wouldn't think it is a big deal... However, it is just difficult, because it makes it difficult to time it properly, and it almost makes it clinical. Are there women out there that think it is a big deal?

No, I do not smoke, and I am a light drinker, at about 3-4 drinks a week, far below any sort of limit, in which it can affect my cholesterol levels, according to a licensed dietitian.

I am about 183 cm (6 feet) tall, and weigh about 80 kilograms (~175 lbs), and I do have a reasonably active job, in which I am walking and running on my feet 8 hours a day, 5 days a week... Believe me, this is no office desk job hahaha
