Ok so this girl started to like me at work. Let’s call her Emiley. It was about a month ago but the weird part is she never really said anything to me but assumed I was flirting? When she asked me out I said I wasn’t flirting and sorry if I gave you that impression and kinda felt bad. She is well liked amongst coworkers and one of them in particular asked me if I was gay because I rejected her and I said no I’m just not interested in a relationship I’m too busy. I then started to like her and was being extra friendly and helpful and it got slammed right back into my face. She was being a cold distant bitch. There was a tray of food that was going to one of my tables she saw the receipt and walked away from it and I said wow really and she’s like it’s your table. I’ve bent over backwards for her and all I get is the run around. What I find weird is how she found my twitter username and tweets it constantly (and I’ve never once responded to it) she tweeted it her little plan for revenge on a coworker with the hashtag success in 4 words. I screenshotted it, printed it out, gave her name to HR and left. I blocked all of her social media accounts too. Yesterday she was messaging coworkers about having to go to HR today and I played dumb like I have no clue what’s going on. She told another coworker I snitched on her. She also got fired today for her social media posts and just her overall personality towards this place (she constantly bashes the place out loud and whines about having to come here and only likes it because of the coworkers). But now I’m getting backlash for sticking my nose into something that I shouldn’t have. Coworkers don’t like me now because she got fired and they are blaming me. I also keep getting prank calls from various numbers and a hate account on Twitter was made towards me. She was posting some seriously immature disturbing petty revenge and I honestly don’t like her she has bad mouthed me in the past too. I want her to stop harassing me.

This is my first job. I’ve worked at this job for 7 months. I’m a server/runner. There is an employee there that nobody really likes. She is mean and bullies everyone and my boss won’t do anything about it even my general manager. She also shows up 15-30 minutes late every single day. I’ve gotten written up 3 times over being late and I’m constantly late all the time. Boss told me last week this is my last chance and if I’m late one more time I’m getting the boot. He also said I’ve heard from numerous people that you don’t like working here and if that’s the case that’s fine you can quit and no harm done. Maybe this isn’t the right job for you. Anyways I’ve been 15 minutes early every day since. Today out of the blue I got a call from my general manager saying instead of reporting to work tomorrow at 9 to go straight to HR building and speak to this girl and we will go from there. Nobody will get back to me on what it’s about and I called the HR building and they are saying that they aren’t aware of any scheduled meetings tomorrow and to call my general manager. Nobody is answering. I asked my coworker who is friends with my floor manager and boss and she said she hasn’t heard anything going around and it’s been super busy at work all morning (it has there are 3 events going on) and she said fingers crossed you don’t get fired but I don’t know what you would’ve done that’s so awful. I was talking to coworkers about bringing fart spray and spraying it on (coworker nobody likes) stuff and they all laughed but I’m positive nobody would rat on me because it’s just dumb. Yesterday when I was serving a guy spilled his drink all over him and I ran away laughing and couldn’t get my shit together for like 5 minutes and someone else had to clean it up. I also don’t look happy at work but I’m nice to everyone it’s just I have RBF. I don't know.

This guy Jake and I have worked together for 4 months. We are both awkward and VERY shy. He has NO experience with girls and has never had a girlfriend. He gives me mixed signals and flirts or doesn’t flirt. After a month of dealing with his BS I asked him (note he ran away and avoided talking to me direct 3 times prior to this) he very hesitantly rejected me and then instantly felt bad. I wouldn’t talk to him and would give him dirty looks and walk fast past him. He also saw me looking like I was about to cry and he looked like he felt really bad. There’s also a new guy at work and he was flirting with me but then stopped when Jake came into the picture and Jake looked very jealous about the new guy but the guy completely backed off with flirting with me. He also kept coming down and looking for me as he walked (I worked in a different area tonight). Jake was flirting with me because he was getting very close to me and making jokes and going oh yeah I think you need help with that in like a low tone with a grin while we were standing next to each other and Jake sat right next to me when that new guy was sitting across the table from us and Jake was taking my stuff and just being really flirty. I don’t get it And at one point tonight we were both so close and looking at each other like we were gonna kiss but then I stopped it and was like Jake aren’t you supposed to be in (his area) and he’s like maybe with a grin and I walked away and was like bye Jake. And. He’s like cya on Saturday on the way out and I’m like yep bye Jake lol

lets say you and your family will be paid 5K month to take care of him. His name is Darry and he's 14 years old. When he was 6 he was ra*ped and s*exully abused by a 35 year old man. The man would also hit him, beat him, starve him and beat him so much he had several broken bones and bloody noses. At some point Darry was beaten so much he vomited blood. He pulled knives on other people, he hears voices and self harms often. Almost killed himself twice and tried to stab his foster dad after he tried to disarm him. He picked up a dog by its neck, threw it and screamed at the dog in front of his foster parents. He also used to do a lot of stealing from stores. He also bites, runs away and says he will kill everyone. Would you adopt a kid like this if you would get 5K month for it?
