first off me and my boyfriend have been together for nearly 1 year.
he's a joking type of guy.. he likes to joke around a lot with everyone
so anyway yesterday we were on the phone and he said something that kinda offended me and i went full silent mode and got pissed a little.. and then i hanged up on him
he kept trying to call back but i ignored his calls
i think he called about 4 or 5 times until i picked up and told him that ill talk to him the next day
so today he texted "morning" and i didn't reply
he was at work but he still tried to call me and then he sent me messages saying "you always do this to me. I've had enough. i have my limits too. i need to talk to u tonight. ill come over"
and then tonight he drove to my place and we talked for about 10 mins
this is what he said to me:
"look.. im just gonna keep this short. this is getting too much. i told u so many times that i hate being ignored. its so immature. i have my limits and this has reached it. i want a girl who treats me like respect back and that would fight for our relationship. i feel like you dont have the same feelings as i do for you. i feel like you're going to not care if we do break up. you never hold my hands, you never appreciate what i do. i take u to places wherever you wanna go, i take u out, i drive to you and u never appreciate all that. im just confused about you now. i need time to think about us, our relationship. i need 1 week to think if we both benefit each other. i dont care about the good sex that we have. i care about the relationship and if you're wife material. im thinking of the future not fucking around. so please give me 1 week to think and for yourself to think as well. i will see you next week. dont break up with me over the phone"
and then we parted ways.
Thing is, he tells me he loves me everyday and he doesn't want me to leave him.
Yet he might want to leave me
If someone truly loves their partner, would they still need a week break? Does it sound like it may lead to a breakup?

Yesterday he called me (as usual, we always talk on the phone at night) and he asked how I am and all that. So then he asked me "so what did you eat today babe?" And I said "oh.. its gonna sound so bad... I ate KFC today" and he said "what? Again? Thats why I can't see your belly button. Stop eating KFC. It was never like that.. I used to can see your belly button"
And i got offended by this.. means that he thinks im fat right?
and i replied "I dont eat it everyday!"
and he said "you said few nights ago? or last week? you shouldn't eat KFC often. Do you want to have a heart attack or something? Do you want to die before the age of 30?"
So then i tested him even more (i didn't actually eat all of these)
so i said "what the f? ofcourse not! .. I haven't eaten KFC in a while.. so what? I had 2 burgers, large chips and popcorn chicken"
And then he said "hmm.. you should have called me to eat one of the burgers"
And then i got pissed off and said "we talk tomorrow" and hanged up on him
But few mins later, he kept trying to call me and i kept ignoring his calls and then i answered on his 4th call.
Does this mean he thinks im fat? It means that he's not satisfied with my body right? If this is the case, why is he still staying with me? And still tries to talk to me?
Thing is, he calls me everyday, he tells me he loves me everyday and he calls me beautiful most of the time as well as pretty and cute. and we are sexually active.
Plus, we have been together almost a year
So is he lying about loving me and saying im beautiful? is he not attracted to me anymore?
Should i leave him? Im so annoyed by what he said to me
