So, I met this girl two months ago on a WhatsApp group. I've never imagined we'd end up liking each other! We talked a lot and even saw each other on Skype, but we never met because she 370 miles away or so. However, we decided that we would try to build something together and we were looking forward to meet someday. Things got a little complicated on both sides until she got hurt and tired of my insecurities. She told me that she wasn't ready to have something with somebody and get hurt, especially someone she can't see whenever she wants. She wanted to focus on herself, playing sports and stuff like that.

That happened almost three weeks ago. Of course, I felt devastated. She wanted to keep in touch and so we've done, although I look most interested than her. She seems cold and distant most of the time, and got annoyed the few times I tried to talk about us.

I asked her to tell me if there was no chance of us having something again, so I knew if I should wait for her or just move on for the sake of both of us. She only says that she's having a weird moment, she doesn't want anything with anyone and she doesn't know what will happen in the future. I understand that - she might want to try again someday, or not. It is something that can change. But if she doesn't already feel anything for me anymore - then she's not going to feel it again. Do you get my point?

At this point, it seems obvious that I should move on. it's difficult because I have true feelings for her, and because her avoiding giving me closure. Things got more confusing lately. These last days we started to have better conversations - she even asked me to sing and play a song for her, and so she did to me. Last night we were talking about the WhatsApp group (which I left when we fought) and I mentioned that I still kept in touch with a couple of people - including a girl she's always been jealous of. so back in jr high i met this cute girl on the bus (she was a grade below me) i know she liked me for obvious reasons like say goodbye to me across the whole bus so everone heard and other reasons but i never did ask her out and then of course 2 years latter in high school she becomes the head cheerleader and everone thinks she's hot and now she has a douchbag boy friend that isn't going to last i still got off ok though cause i made the baseball team and bat 4th (the power hitting spot) and start in left field and girls i never though i would have a chance with are looking at me but i still miss the old jr high girl that liked me for me and i liked for her and not becuse of what we are but becuase of who we were. I miss her a lot. Anways back in the day i used to be one of the best basketball players in the area but then i got out of shape and got cut from the jr high team and i dropped basketball then i started to miss the sport so I decied to play in a reck leauge and i met a point gaurd from a diiferent school that i used to be good friends with when we played on the same travel team a few years ago. I ended up do really well in the leauge and im in a lot better shape becuase of trainnig with baseball. in basketball im a forward and i know two of our forwards on the team one is a football player who is stronger than me but im just as tall and the other is weaker than me and im taller and better at basketball than him. only one small problem the forward that is stronger than me is good friends with that girls boyfriend and there's no way he'll get cut becuase he's the only one who can dunk (i can touch and hang on the rim) anyways what im asking is should i bother trying out for basketball as a junior that the coach has never seen and try to beat the odds and try to talk to that girl again or should i foucus on baseball where i have a good chance to play collage baseball and forget one of my favorte sports that i love and leave the girl in the past?
