There's this guy I've been talking to for awhile now. We met online in January 2016 and ever since we've been talking on the phone and FaceTime. We didn't meet this whole time because he was in Iraq for work. Despite us not having met in person yet, we agreed on not seeing other people and potentially have things get more serious as our relationship develops in person.

Well, I ended up finding out he's had sex with a few women since we made this agreement. I told him all I wanted was honesty so if he wanted to see other people he could but just to let me know. He said it was as just a one night stand with these women & he's not interested in them more than that. But now, I'm torn between if I should or shouldn't give him a second chance.

He's become like my best friend. We talk to each other everyday for hours if we can. We were supposed to meet this month. Here's a message he sent.. does it seem sincere

I've been tlaking to this guy online for a week or so (no mutual friends, we met on a dating website). He messaged me everyday (from how did you sleep to good night). When I don't reply he double texts me. He was really eager to meet me; he asked if Saturday would work and It didn't so we decided on today instead. But an hour before we met he said that something "came up and he needs to take care of it" and asked if he could postpone. He said he was really sorry and that he would like to see me Friday if I had time then.

What to do?
Should I say something like "I'm free ___ if you wanna make it up to me"?
or just ignore?

So I met this guy about a year ago online. Due to his job, he has been over seas for this entire year so we haven't been able to officially meet in person. We were planning to the first week of August because that's when he gets home.

And as dumb as it seems, I guess based on our feelings we felt like getting into an exclusive relationship made sense. We acted purely on emotions.. no logic lol but after thinking more about it and figuring it wouldn't be reasonable to expect faithfulness from someone you've never met, I told him if he wanted to sleep with other people it was fine.. at least until we meet and start a normal relationship

His response was "no this is 100% enough for me". Well, come to find out, he has been sleeping with other people.. nothing romantic, just sexual. But it hurts that when all I wanted was honesty, I couldn't get it. He explained that it was because he didn't want to lose or hurt me.

He's been there for me in more ways than I can count and basically became my best friend. But because of this weird situation that I'm now in, I don't know what to do. Should I give him another chance or not? He's making strong attempts at fixing this.. even changing future plans to accommodate the relationship such as relocating.
