so 3 weeks ago me and my boyfriend broke up
he ended things coz he felt like the relationship was one sided - he showed so much affections and efforts and I wasn't as affectionate and didn't show much efforts
a week later, i asked him for another chance and that im willing to change and so he decided to give me a second chance and we got back together
so then today, we were just talking about the break up and how he told his friends (his boys) about the break up.
And then i asked him "so do they know we got back together now?"
and he said "yeah they all do"
and i asked "what did they say?"
then he said "they just laughed and kept teasing me about it... they keep saying 'oh you're whipped' and 'whens the wedding? should i buy the rings?' and all that shit"
and i said "why would they tease you?"
and he said "thats what guys do.. we just tease each other"
Why would his friends mock him saying he's whipped?
If a guy gives another chance, does that mean he's whipped?

Usually a relationship should just be your business and no one else's. This is between you and him, and his friends a mere bystanders who have no involvement other than to watch from the sidelines and create their own opinions.

So with that said, all they saw was that their friend didn't have a great relationship with you the first time, and after agreeing to see you again it's created the allusion that he shouldn't have taken you back.

That's fine, let them think whatever you want - you can't change their opinions. If he's happy and you start over having a better relationship then it will show over time.

I find that guys who kid around with their friends who have wives and girlfriends are usually pretty jealous that they don't have someone of their own.

To this day my husband has a friend like this, who acts pretty juvenile and gives my husband a bad time if he calls me while he's out. No surprise - he doesn't have a girlfriend, and struggles with trying to get one. So he uses that tactic to make my husband feel bad since that's what miserable people like to do. They can't bring themselves up, so they try and tear someone down.

In the meantime, just remember that you're lucky to have been given a second chance, and your relationship must have been worth a lot to save. Hopefully that will be something his friends can take away from this whenever they get girlfriends of their own.
