Most of the time, yes.. and when the solution is beyond my control, I find myself just wanting to sleep, simply because there’s nothing I can do to resolve the situation…😄

Definitely letting go… I'm pretty solution-oriented, and I can usually find a way, often more than one. But accepting that some things are simply beyond my control? That's a little harder lol
