I definitely do talk to myself out loud and as someone else has specified its a way of processing thoughts and reflection. Sometimes I talk in English and others in Italian but I certainly never have arguments with myself. And as much as a lot of people would find it unusual I am pretty sure many more do it too.

I definitely think to myself in conversation sometimes. I don’t recall ever having an argument with myself. More debate of doing this or that type of thing.
