Perhaps on a temporary basis until the "honeymoon" period is over. That honeymoon period may last for a few days up to a few months, depending on the person.
But if that love would change the person for a longer period of time, how come there are so many people that cheat on their partners?
I personally don't think that love will permanently change a person for the better but only the time it takes until the partner has stopped being a novelty and needs to be replaced.
That is unfortunately the sad truth about relationships and the change for the better.
I like your point of view π
This is probably going to depend on your attachment style. if you're secure then for sure but if your anxious or avoidant i'd say its way more difficult but not impossible. their partner would have to be mega secure and patient for their insecurities to get better. and this is something the insecure partner has to actively try to do themselves. the secure partner can only be supportive.
So in summary, it really depends
Makes sense..
yeah like i say it's not impossible but it's likely to be a difficult relationship that could very well get toxic.
LOVE is a WONDERFUL thing & when two heart connect that is when the real magic happens. YES I do believe that love can change a person for the better.
I like your enthusiasm about that π
LOVE is a wonderful subject & when you are in love you will know it. If youβre a vampire itβs love at first bite.
I am always in love, so I know exactly what youβre talking about..
vampires.. yeah, I am open to that one as well π
Iβm in love with pizza & thatβs love at first bite as well.

Yes of course I do. If it's a healthy love it can make you stronger, if it's toxic it can make you worse.
Well said..
Well... no convicted rapist or serial killer has won parole based on the "love" of any of his fans changing him.
So.. thatβs what I was thinking of, you know
Because Ted Bundy for example was in love with his wife and based on his saying.. but he was a serial killer..
Love can turn dark cynics into colorful realists

I'm inspired by you β¨οΈ
Aww.. thank you π
Yes, I am a lot less angry since I have been married
Nice π
Maybe if you love them enough to pay for their psychiatric treatment. Something like that.
I mean of course it depends on what you want to change. If someone is convinced that morality is subjective and killing is his birth right, that's more of a permanent state than if he only kills when he loses his mind due to a... clancy condition.
Yes, I believe love can change a person for the better. When someone feels genuinely loved, understood, and supported, it can inspire them to grow, heal, and become a better version of themselves. Sometimes, all a person needs is someone who truly cares.
People can change themselves for the better. Maybe love is an incentive to do so sometimes, but it comes down to the individual's hard work on themselves.
If that person interprets the love correctly yes!
Nope
I love. Deeply and aggressively. Do i change? No, not at all. I just polish the mask to the appropriate form and that's what is seen.
