Well, sort of?
Time is not actually real. It is just a representation of standardized events. We use a standard event to symbolize a second. As such time is a concept we use to understand the more real "events" and not actually a hard rule of reality.
Space is more complicated but there's a lot of fun thought provoking experiments here!
First one I'd share is quantum entanglement. There's particles all around us. They can become connected in such a way that one is always linked to the other, letting us use the motions, spin and alike of one to understand the other regardless of distance. Like spinming you around as proof your paryner spun halfway across the world, or universe. It is pretty problematic to work with but shows that space might not be an ironclad rule or function how we believe it does. Folded space and many other ideas have come from this.
We then have.. gosh so many options.
A brief mention to the Twin experiment? Its the one where two human twins exist. One travel at superspeeds and we measure their aging and find the one moving at high speeds aged less. This has been confirmed to be true scientifically on something as simple as a train and is a well known phenomena. Still indicated that speed, and possibly space travelled, affects time. Which of course makes more sense when we see it as events instead. The practicality isn't that great but if you have a twin you could fly a lot and be technically some seconds younger. Quite the dastardly plot. Does show that space and time are relative not absolute.
Since all good things are three how about the double slit experiment? Basically we send light particles through one and then two slits and observe their behaviour. We expect them to pass through as particles would. What happens is more interesting.
The freakish thing here is that they behave different if we observe them. When not observed they behave as waves, following laws of probability and an interference pattern. Making the outcome but not process what we expect. Add a camera capable of observing individual particles and suddenly the light particles no longer adhere to the previous interference pattern and instead behave on their own. Our act of Watching them seems to change reality. A somewhat common comparison is a game. It will just calculate the outcome rather than show you each step if not observed as that saves processing power. But that happening to reality is a bit freaky and not at all uncommon to use to claim we all live in a simulation.
Before I go for ten instead of three I'll stop here. Anyway, time is a fake concept. Space is a concept we are still exploring. Feeling that they are illusions is super reasonable because whatever they are we know our understanding is flawed and they are not as simple, or absolute, as we currently believe.
Einstein believed that time was real. In fact he believed that space-time was a continuum.
It's possible that time and space are not fundamental features of reality but rather ways our minds perceive and organize something much deeper.
It's possible that we're living in a simulation.
