Okay so I went out with his guy (he's 27 I'm 18 this isn't about that so no judgement please. I'm an old soul.) Anyway we were texting for quite some time before that and he seemed to really like me even then. Our conversations were engaging, we swapped pictures (clean pictures) and he even said he was going on a trip soon and wondered if I would accompany him provided we hit it off like we both thought we would. So he just took me out on the first date and we really seemed to hit it off! We laughed a lot, agreed on basically everything we talked about, lingering stares, compliments, the whole nine yards. Well he went to drop me off and gave me a long hug and when I pulled away we was caressing the skin on my lower back and staring into my eyes. So this made me think that he wanted a goodnight kiss (if we're being honest, so did I) so I leaned in and he turned his face and asked if we could wait on that. I was a little embarrassed but I said sure. He assured me that he wanted to see me again and I went inside. Well he began texting me that night again and apologized for the rejection but if he'd let me kiss him, he would've wanted more. Then he asked if I would send him a dirty pic. I'm not comfortable with that and I told him that. He said he didn't mean naked he wanted one in my underwear. I said no to that too. I texted him a couple days later and we did some small talk and outta the blue he asked me if I would send him a pic of me in a bikini. Oh and this guys whole thing is that he's looking for something real and that he wants to get married soon and have kids. I don't know I'm just feeling kinda pressured and not sure what to do about it. So I guess my question is: do you think he's just interested in me for my body or is there still hope that he's actually a nice guy. Thanks for reading through all this :)

I'm so frustrated and really need male insight! First of all I am an attractive woman in my late 20's who is a med student. Never had any trouble getting the guys I wanted. So one of my classmates is a guy who is very attractive to me and is also a friend. He and I have always been a little *ahem* cozier than most friends would be, plus he does sweet things like tell me that I look great and hold doors for me. Honestly, it's obvious that he's liked me as more than a friend for a while. It took me some time to catch up, but recently I realized that I'm into him in a sexual way.

One recent night when we were out we finally started making out. It was seriously steamy although it didn't go further because I had to go home. Flirty/dirty texting ensued in the following days and I have decided that I totally want him as friends with benefits . I am super busy and just do NOT want a "relationship" and I know he knows that. From the sound of things, he doesn't want a relationship either. I value his friendship and I believe that friends with benefits can be just that, especially including the "friends" part. I have successfully done this with a classmate before and it was great; hush-hush at school with no drama.

But here's the problem: he seems to have low self-esteem and doubts that I am attracted to him! So, we haven't actually hooked up yet and it is driving me crazy. I don't know what to do besides just bonk him over the head and say come on let's f*&@!! But I hate to "chase" a guy because that seems tacky and desperate to me. Or are the rules for getting a guy friend as a friends with benefits different from the rules for actually dating? Because if I knew it wouldn't totally turn him off I would just ask him "when are you going to take me home with you?"

Please guys, what is his deal and what should I do? PS--I don't like random hookups because there is no mental/intellectual challenge there, like there is with a guy friend that you know and respect.
