Jerry is 15 years old and lives with his single mother, Hailey. As a child, Hailey's ex boyfriend beat, tortured, and s@exually abused Jerry every time Hailey left the house. Jerry tried to tell her what happened, but she didn't believe him until she walked in on it. This guy also made Jerry hit his head while torturing him, that it gave Jerry a conclusion.

One day when he's (15) Hailey and Jerry had a huge argument. Jerry punched her in the face, threw glass at her, and told her to die. Jerry also stole money from her because he was very angry. Later, Jerry trashed her room and punched her in the face. He also threw a kitchen knife at her and told her to disappear and everything is all her fault. Jerry also said he will kill her then trashed this own room while screaming at the top of his lungs. At school, Jerry talks to himself and has no friends. Hailey sometimes sees Jerry talking to himself and it bothers her.

My boyfriend (from Nicaragua but speaks fluent English just like me) is the type that can forgive but never forget. He did get hurt a lot and was very upset.

Long ago, this is what my boyfriend (we got back together years later) told me my mother said with am arrogant, bragging tone:
- When my daughter returns to Peru (my homecountry), she'll find a much better Peruvian than you. Then he said she told him other horrible things too.
