My boyfriend ghosted me. He didn't have the guts to end it so he just disappeared. I just wonder if he has any guilty conscience? Is he aware of the fact that he is an asshole at its finest? What does he tell himself to justify this horrible act?

Yes people who ghost will also have a guilty conscience provided they truly realize that the other person was so genuine, so sweet, so caring and understanding that they actually did hurt their feelings by breaking off contact like this, the moment they realize this only then they will have the guilty conscience within them.

Tbh I can't fathomghosting someone I don't know in real life and only have met over the internet. I mean why be an asshole. If you don't wanna talk. I'd just say it. But people like this. Damn. You should confront him in front of everyone and dump his ass yourself and tell him what am asshole he has been.

Some people will feel guilty. I know some people who dislike confrontation , so they ghost people they no longer want in their life. They feel guilty for doing it , but most people put their own feelings and pride before other people's
