I'm at a point in my life where I realized that men's fashion basically doesn't have tons of variety. Because we don't have tons of variety to work with, I thought it made sense to have one or two like... signature looks, I guess you could say.

I will use myself as an example.

I'm basically in decent shape. I have wide shoulders, strong arms, narrow hips. I have a swimmer's body. I am blessed to say that I look good in tee shirts. So I was thinking that I might just want to wear nice, high quality, solid-color tees and jeans, and then have that be my "look." I wouldn't want to wear the same color every day (I don't think, anyway), but it would basically be a uniform. I know that this is a very classic "guy" look, but it really does work on me.

Is it a turn off for women if a guy basically wears the same thing everyday?

Recently, I've been thinking a lot of the many harmful stereotypes towards people of the LGBT spectrum, especially when it comes to women. Not only lesbians but also bisexuals, pansexuals, asexual etc. because of their physical appearance, fashion choices and gender identity. Firstly, many queer femme or "feminine-presenting" girls & women are always assumed as "straight, that they only look good to attract men or at least masculine-presenting people, even though femmes can be attracted to other femmes. Never the fact that they feel that they have to come out every day, and when they do, nobody takes them seriously, not by their family & friends, not by straight men who always try to hit on them, not even by other people of the LGBT spectrum.

On the other hand, Butch or "masculine-presenting" queer girls & women also have a problem but different, including the expectations both Lgbt and non-Lgbt people, have (being strong, no emotions, people threatened by them, accused as being either a "man" or "trans" and people telling that they're ugly because they don't fit the stereotypically feminine norm, despite the fact that there's more than one type of femininity and being butch doesn't always mean "masculine". Even women who aren't LGBT and aren't gender-conforming are always assumed, perceived or accused to be lesbians despite the evidence or proof that their not.

To be honest, I'm sick and tired of humans judging certain groups or others by their looks just because of how the media, fiction, books and other forms stereotype them. Humans are supposed to be an "intelligent" species, so when will they learn?

Finally, I would love to see your answers whether or not femmes or butch have it harder.

Similar personality, similar tastes in fashion, food, movies, etc., think the same way politically. Practically you but the opposite sex (or if you're gay the same sex ig). They have all your good qualities. If you're friendly, they're friendly. They also have all your bad qualities. If you have anxiety, they do too. Let's say you even kinda look alike. Now they aren't meant to be a compatible inverse. If you're dominant, they aren't submissive, they'll be dominant too and vice versa. If you're a really masculine man, she'd be masculine for a woman. If you're a really feminine woman, he'd be a feminine for a man

Me personally I think I'd enjoy it. One day I took a long look at the traits I look for in women and realized A LOT of the things I like in a woman I could describe myself as too. What about you?
