He's my acquaintnaces for a year now. We never really talked.
He's on different college and he use to hang with one group but he now hangs with 2 girls mostly (and they hang with other group). Some of that group told me that he and one girl who hangs with him look sometimes like there's maybe something between tham. They hang for 4 months and it passed valentines and her b-day and they are still single. She has his good friend from my group and one from his high school on fb. Good friend all that girl meet but other one no. He usually hangs out of college with few girls and guys but non of tham has that girl on fb or anything and i notice that she add all people mostly she knows.

Problem is that guy since college started always notice me, looks, stares and lock eyes with me even when his with that girl. And it's weird that she notice sometimes that we do and she seems like she doesn't care. Sometimes didn't even noticed it. He's hanging mostly with those few girls and he tease tham, huges tham and stuff and when im around he doesn't do that. He also becomes stiff and different than with others and he's quiet!
Once i was close to him and he didn't say a word and when i moved he was talkative as hell.
He acted few times totally weird:
- i was with good friend and he was passing with that girl. She went to elevator and he noticed us and walked to us and side and like he lurks! (i'd beg infront of me) Friend told him to go so he waved, smiled and said bye with pitchy voice (has deep)
- i was walking to my class (few meters from stairs) and he was walking from basement and looked in our direction and stopped next to stairs and continue to stare. I taught he waits friends (fe meters behind us) but when we passed him he turned and walked to naxt floor alone
-he was with mutual acquaintnaces nad only he noticed me. When i was passing near he looked and one girll wisper in his ear he smiled and looked away

I know this guy for a year. We didn't see each other till college started (6 months ago). He always notice me, looks and stares; lock eyes with me and becomes quiet and different than with others for past 6 months. Few times he acted totally weird.
-he moved to place (few meters) to see me leaving
-i looks in his group and he moved from tham and looked in my direction
-i was close to him, he was quiet and when i moved he was talkative and relaxed
-he was waiting to me and my 2 friends pass and than he continue to walk upstairs. I taugh that he waits friends few meters behind us but he didn't. The moment we passed him (he looked at us) he turned and walked away
-i was table next to his good friend and he came; talked a bit and sit next to me. One girl friend came with him but didn't sit next to her and he could (later he did). He turned me back but touched me and listened when i talked and was quiet. When he was leaving with her we locked eyes
-i was with good friend and he and that girl were passing. She went to elevator and he noticed us and walked to us and side like he lurks (i'd beg infront of me). Friend told him to go so he waved, smiled and said bye with weird voice
-2 days later he was walking with that girl through my college and we locked eyes

He for past 4 months hangs with that girl and one more mostly. He use to hang with other group. She knows his good friend and has his friend from high school on fb. Some of that group he use to hang say that they sometimes act like there's something between tham, but passed valentines and he birthday and they are single both.
I've noticed also that he usually huged tham and joke with tham and other girls and stuff but when im around he doesn't do that (when he can see me). Also when he looks she doesn't even notice it that he looks like she doesn't care. He never changed the way he behave infront of me even when he's with her.
